Its one of the best instrument/musical stores i have visited in Kottayam . Really they have lots of instruments with them. Prices are also reasonable. Even after sales service are also great . I have bought an electric guitar a semi acoustic guitar and may other accessories from the shop . Its really superb.

I did not have a pleasant customer experience.They charge 150 rupees for string changing. Even though i was willing to pay 150 ... they told it will take more than a day to put strings.Changing strings wont take more than an hour, but they are telling its complicated and will take time as they are very busy.Will not recommended this shop for a quick solution of your instrument.

Its a big shop at kottayam but everything is overpriced. Rates are really cramp. I donno about the service. Staff is good. But they wont compensate the rates. Bought a Yamaha keyboard from sruthi musicals at 2900₹ less than sitharas price. Please stop visiting this shop. They are gold diggers.

Although the equipment and the products here are good, the customer service is terrible.There are a lot of good products here. The rates are comparatively high and the cashier wont even reduce ₹1 from it.There are around 3 floors, with a variety of instruments and books.This would have been a great place had there been a better cashier. Very rude attitude.

I live in kottayam and since this place and Sruthi musicals was near i enquired about a piano and they wanted me to pay 68000 for it and told me that i will never find it below that price anywhere. Now i have it at 59500 with home delivery from Basil industries ernakulam.

This musical instruments shop have a wide variety of musical instruments in it. You can find almost all kind of popular musical instruments like Guitar, Harmonium, Chenda, Violin etc. in this shop. But there was not much selection of ukulele here. Only 3 kind of ukuleles was available. And the staff in this shop seemed to have almost no idea about the instrument and its specifications.

This store has got all musical instruments which you want, it has the best well playing instruments.. Good in quality wise, one automatically gets an urge to study music after visiting this store..

Great service. From the outside, the place looks like a small shop. But on the inside, there is a wide variety of instruments, musical CDs, books and other accessories. The staff there deals with us in a friendly manner with a pleasant smile on their face.I have purchased 1 keyboard, 1 guitar and 1 sustain pedal from this shop. I would recomend it to everyone who wishes to find the instrument they are looking for.However, there is a problem when it comes to parking. There is no parking space. Even two wheelers cant be parked properly.But it doesnt matter. You will get what you are looking for..and thats all that matters. 😀

Very worst and bad experience in my past 25 year keyboard purchasing....very rude and pride impolite manner...very bad toungue...do not purchase even a string from there...very high amount catching to compare with other market...you should purchase any key board only from ernakulam dealers..that is the best...because only studiying student is regularly purchasing from here...in EKM they are capable to interface the proffessionals. When Asked him about tax he told me lie about GST return..then I broke that argument in a question..then he started talking about his income tax problem...then I shouted. Because I am also a GST payee....the answer of your last qustion is it was accidently happened...

This shop does have good quality instruments, but that does not make it a good shop. Very poor product service(ask high rates) and the shop people are not very nice to most of the customers.Tell you what, if you are planning to buy some instrument and do not know much about these things ie if you are a beginner, it is better to do some research say by asking people who know more about this stuff especially actual price rates, quality, brand etc. because these sithara people seems to be greedy.I still regret buying my first guitar from sithara. Not the guitar, but buying from that particular shop.

Poor quality musical instruments. Made the mistake of buying 2 violins and a flute while at Kottayam on vacation. I went to this store because it was close to home and the prices seemed reasonable. I ended up spending more money in repairs than I saved. If you are buying for decoration or for show this place may be ok, if you plan to use the musical instrument, expect to spend a lot of money on repairs.Terrible quality!!

Its a good place to buy cheap guitars,they have branded guitars here too,they are providing yamaha, fender etc.If you want to buy a branded guitar it costs around 8k rupees, They are also selling other musical intruments like veena violin tabala ukeleli etc, They also offer free repairs for one year, this shop is near the famous tirunakkara temple which is situated near the private bus stand in kottayam
