The photographer thinks he is a Pulitzer award winner. Now a days kids take better photography than him. He was even hesitant to show the photos after the click and when I asked if we can choose his behaviour was atrocious, as if we have never seen a DSLR camera and said What is on your face only will come in picture, I cant change 🤣

Very bad service by the photographer in the studio. One of the most important skill a photographer should have is patience, which he is lacking. Very bad behaviour from his side, he behaves as if customers are coming there to take photos for free.They are already charging too high but the service and the quality of the photographs are not worth the money you pay. I wont recommend anyone to avail service from bavens.Heavily dissatisfied by the behaviour of the photographer.

The worst business in Kottayam. Even if you ignore their overpricing their customer service is extremely bad (even if not the worst you experienced) . There are multiple better choices in Kottayam but not this one.

Rate is very high and they will charge extra 200+ for extra copies I took a family photo there and I got only one copy of it . But if you go to chithra studio they will give you 3 copies for the same rate

This studio ur the lowest rates in Cochin for all camera equipment they have very exiting offers and discounts if you are looking for mirror less tech and full frame and one of the best things was that unlike many shops they do not push a particular brand as the have everything availableI would recommend to give a call ahead on the equipment required.Also I usually avoid online sites as I have got refurbished items a lot from amazon and Flipkart and also older versions whereas in shops the after sales service is much above the required mark.If you are into albums and photo restorations I’m positive that there is no place better to get it done.Experienced and professional staff than most wannabe wedding photographers you see in every nuke and corner of the city as they have been in the profession the longest.Overall 5starts on quality price and knowledge.

Very bad service...👎👎👎Most of the studio will take only 10minutes to take a passport size photo and for delivery but here its too late and bad service from the staff... I get my photo with more than half an hour... And the most tragedy was there is no rush only me was the customer to take photo on there at the time🙄🙄🙄

Very poor after sales service.... When we took a camera brought from here for cleaning they told to take it to its service centre in cochin by ourselves.... It is only for the ease of service we purchase these from stores.... Online is better and cheaper if this is the attitude

One of the most famous studios in Kottayam. But they are just ruining their name!! Went to take family photos with my entire family. The photographer had absolutely no sense of photography. He did not even care how we stood in front of the cam. We knew the charges would be higher, but still went there expecting the quality. But not at all worth! Doesnt recommend! Next time you hire a photographer, keep in mind just clicking on capture button on the camera is not photography.

So bad experience, wasting my time. do not take photo print from their to much price, four piece family photo they charge -5400 per one piece 1100 rupees for low quality prints. 2 days later i had gone for collecting photo from their, I had wait their 1 and half hour for getting prints

Studio photography is so bad.

They have a parking lot and many cameras but the problem is that if you wish to buy a canon and enter the main store which is for nikon they will brain wash you and make you buy nikon which is more profite for them.
