Good service. Not a reasonable bill.

Beware of this untrustworthy shop. They don’t have the expertise or skill to repair your costly electronic equipment’s. I gave my Pioneer AVR for repair and they held it for more than 4 months without any result. Every time I call, they keep telling lies it’s fixed and delivered soon. Finally by force I got my Pioneer AVR in worse condition which is damaged beyond repair level.

Irresponsible.I gave my keyboard on march 2019. I have called them many times.There was only display complaint.And they said that the speakers are also damaged,the service cost must be around 12000 rupees.And I dropped my plan to repair.After a day I called them and asked a price for that keyboard which worth 57000 rupees when i bought it.They priced it at 10000rupees!!!And when I came to bring it back from kottayam,they told me that it is send to Ernakulam.They dont informed me about that.My house is about 50 km away from kottayam.I went there many times and i called them many times, results was negative.Now its 2020 February,i gave it to them on 2019 march.Few days ago i contacted them again and they told me the product has been arrived.Today 15.01.2020 I went to kottayam by my bike when i reached there it was shocking.The keyboard that they bring from Ernakulam is not mine.I was so polite to the woman and a man in the shop.And I told them to bring it to my home, whenever it arrives here.I dont know whether they had sold it or not.
