My first contact was in 2014 when they did my kitchen. A Good range to choose from and always open to suggestions and improvisation on existing plans. Delivered on time and after sales is very prompt. Very cordial staff and efficient.

They were really nice and gave me a great quote. The work was quite superb. They were in and out quickly and they did a great job. They didnt leave a mess at all. They were professional and cordial and I would use them again.

This review comes after years of unsuccessfully chasing Latitude Kitchens to deliver their promises and will hopefully bring an insight to the plight of a customer once the payment is made and the short life cycle of their impressive looking products.The story goes like this.... I too was easily impressed by the contemporary kitchens displayed at their shop. The owner (Mr.Danny) too was impressive with his customer handling skills and also promised a five year warranty on the installation. Hence there was no doubt this was the ideal choice!Opted for MDF panels with a leather and frosted glass finish which turned out well. MDF was suggested by them and ask the hinges and cabinet accessories were of Hettich make. It was told that all of the Hettich stuff was supposedly tested thousands of times in the laboratory before shipping and is stainless-steel(hence rust proof)During installation itself they realised that one of the cupboards measurement theyd taken was wrong. The final payment was made and after umpteen phone calls (the usual reply is that theyd call back soon, buy that never happens), it took them more than 3 weeks to cover up the missing area with a simple wooden plank of similar finish.Within two years of installation, the one of the two sinks just fell down!! After many calls and false promises of attending it tomorrow/immediately, Id to get it repaired locally soon as it was the main sink in the kitchen. The second sink too fell during the fourth year, but thankfully managed to get them to repair it after lots of calls.By the third year, the Hettich hinges started to rust and three doors came off their hinges!! It was a herculean task to get the shop to send their technicians. Everytime a new set of technicians would come and theyd have no clue of the previous visit and nothing ever moved for almost a year.By the fourth year, the load bearing MDF panels started bending. After couple of site visits by different teams and trying to blame everything from humidity to wall density (meanwhile, a year passed by). Mr Danny finally promised to redo the cabinet interiors with some other wood. He said he could only invest 50% and rest should be paid by me due to the extensive damage. With no mention of the 5 year warranty, he again shamelessly wants money to start the repair job!Hopefully this experience of mine would be a lesson for others too....
