The owner fooled me on my aluminium work. He verbally agreed upon Rs 60000 for two works combined and later started arguing that the Rs 60000 was for one work and ended up with paying an extra Rs15000 from my pocket. He talks very softly, politely , very impressive, agrees evrything but at the end he will loot you and never finished my work on time. Stay away.
