Worst experience from service .... I had a problem with my HP printer I give here to repair first they said that they need 1 week to repair then goes to 2,3 weeks. Then I said to return, no need to repair... they said the printer is at Kochi it takes 3 days to return. but still I dont get my printer.... 2 years before the service was good, but now worst in the city... previous time when I visited I noticed that the too many customers are waiting at shop. A boy with this Grandfather came to pick up their laptop which had given one and half months before they are given silly reasons to avoid them they said they also visit 3 times in a week… the boy had already miss this online class… when customers are waiting the employees are time passing inside their service station behind the office… at 3:30 pm front desk boy was sleeping inside irresponsible kind of action… I don’t know if owner knows all about it….
