Service was good. Courteous staff too. Only downside was trying to contact them using the numbers listed online. Better to call them in Landline number
This is the most pathetic service center Ive even seen. Not at all professional. I went with a realme watch a month ago, and the person there was like he will replace it as and when he wish. I had to give it for warranty replacement and even after a month, no response. I have tried calling several times, and they never pick the call. No email, no sms, nothing. Very poor attitude and no care for customers time and money. Realme has the most annoying customer service ever.
Good Service. They replaced my realme buds and Type C Cable with less time. Many Reviews are saying the Service center is Awful but For Me it was Great.
They do take time but its only due to COVID restrictions that they are forced to follow by law they take care of their customers fast and respond quickly
Really bad experience.They dont attend our calls and clarify our queries.They keep repeating Please understand our situation and dont even bother to listen to our problems.We know that they have troubles during Lockdown. But so do we. If our phone is damaged we are helpless. Still they dont consider the Warranty.And once the warranty of your product is over, they are going to charge an immense price.
WORST SERVICE CENTRE!!I have met them for solving a problem related with the display of my Narzo20 which I bought last month, they denied my warranty stating theres one mark on side of the phone. They said Ive to pay 4200 for repairing the display even though its under warranty, then only they can fix the problem of display. One thing is sure they dont encourage free services under warranty. They dont mind about the customer and the actual problem. They want money from our pockets thats it. Please dont purchase Realme thinking about warranty and after sale service!
Erresponsible staff and receptionist lady her attitude and behaviour very cheep. Very bad experience from here. So sad... Customers are valuable also the time. So plz train to that receptionist how to treat a customer.

Worst experience. I went there with my brother phone. 1 st he said it have a volume button problem.but actually the problem with the software or it s board complaints.And i have wait 2 hours then he told me that the problem is not with the buttons.i already told him that its not about the buttons.any how I didn’t get my phone repaired after2 hours. Worst experience. They really don’t know how to repair and how analysis the complaints. I don’t even want to given one star. But i have to give that to write the review.

The service centre and the staff are good. But, realme company policies are not up to the mark. Devices are faulty and replacement of products takes a lot of time. Customer service is much hassle-free for other brands.
