I went here to replace my nokia 6.1 battery and it got replaced within the same day.They gave back my old battery as well and it was very professional and they were good with dealing customers.Overall it was good experience

Pakka cheeting... I was gone to LM Kottayam service center for my Nokia phone display screen glass changing. the guy told original Nokia display has around 10000 Rs (my phone offer price only 9000 from amazon). He told me they had a duplicate display, its have 4000 Rs. but I check with the MyG shop their technician said your phone has now a touch response so we change the glass, If it does not work then we change the full display. the glass had 1600 Rs, authorized Nokia display 3600 Rs. I think the LM service center has no knowledge about the google search engine.

Got my battery changed.

Serviced my Huawei phone at LM. It is ok. But more expensive and do not have a professional approach, what we expect from an authorized service center.An authorized service center should have at least issue a proper receipt for the phone and a cash receipt for the service or service bill.Simply telling some amount, it seems. No SMs, no mail. Is acceptable from an authorized service center... I dont think.

Fast service and responsible staffs but they are using cheap quality parts. After the replacement of display, my phone is not receiving network signal and touch sensor is working unexpectedly, so the service is absolute waste of money and time.

Wrost service center.. irresponsible and careless.. Redmi company de value kalayan..You can see 2 chairs without any peoplesAll the peoples in service center are talking and jokeing inside service center.. 10-15 peoples are waiting outside to see them for their solution..even they dont know to manage an service center

Authorized service centre for Mi .visited the place around noon no proper guidance some ppl sitting there .Saw some token slips near one receptionist.Took one then they were calling the token numbers and have to wait for long time to knw whats the issue. Dont even show courtesy to contact us and tell whats the issue .Bettr to go to some responsive centres if you can or elz waste of atleast half a day

Today I went there to get my Redmi note 5 pros display panel replaced and they quoted me a price of 4000. I had my doubts and I called the mi service hotline and they told display panel costed only 2000. Service charge and GST 18% each will be added too . So thats around 2800 in total. So u see that they charged 1200 extra. So my advice to all those who plans to get thier Mi/redmi devices serviced here.... Pls dont waste your money. Always call the helpline first.

The best service center experience I had. I went to service my Mi phone here and the staff were really helpful. They finished the job in under an hour and gave the phone back. Would recommend you visit them.

A nice place . May be the best mi service center . Only thing is to meet them u would have to take a coupon and wait for your chanceHere it takes much time for even a single pearson of 15 to 20 minutes ,the main problem is they do not have more than a single person to make the works done faster and for all the, only feel i got was i had to wait more than a hour for my chance.Though it takes time here they make sure we dont have any other questions or needs . And do our necessary needs and that even just in a short timeReally thankful to them

Got there twice. Each time got the worst experience. They simply overhike spare parts prices even though actual prices are low. A guy sitting at the front bench doesnt even know to value customers.

The customer executives were nice. All you have to do is pick up the token and wait for the chance and explain it to them when ur times up. Even though I had to wait for 2 hours to get my problem resolved , Im happy with their service.

Easy to visible from traffic,the staff is courteous. However they have room for improvement.Be it whatever, being a service centre, the major question is, do they deliver?Yes they do. Services are quick, if its not so busy, you can expect same day del8veru of your devices, if you submit it in the morning. And for replacements, 5 to 10 minutes. Its good and quite convenient.

Very high waiting time to see a representative and present our issue. Suggesting high cost replacement repairs compelling the customer to throw away defective mobile and to go for new one. In brief, not customer friendly.

Its an authorized service centre of Mi (Xiaomi) and Nokia (Nokia Mobile Care).Nice service.They will provide us tokens.Front office Customer interaction is least satisfactory.But one bad thing I noticed is that, they wont attend any calls from their customers to their official number :( They says, they havent received any calls to that number.Thus, that number is useless.Dear authorities, please provide a correct number.

Awesome service....there was some issue with the microphone on my Redmi note 4.they had shortage of spare parts.Still they got it arranged from somewhere and get it rectified within a day.Awesome will be an understatement.... expecting the same in the long run also

This is a service center for mi and Nokia. Usually 20 -25 people. Waiting area have capacity if about 20 people. Drinking water provided. No rest rooms. First few customers get service on same day. So be there morning. Remember to take a token, they call people by token.

I just called there and told about the complaint. They provide authorized parts supports as well as unauthorised service too.

Very rude and harsh behaviour.. Especially the lady sitting in front ...And for simply replacing a battery they need 3 hours after their paper works...After filling the job sheet only,they can tell us the estimated time for repairing...a simple repairing shop with extraordinary people and procedures.... Please dont waste ur time ...Go for another option

I had a very bad experience with them. I had a slot complaint and went to them, they asked me about the complaint and they registered the complaint.On the next day they called me and said that it is liquid complaint and told me it couldnt be repaired. And we call the mi customer care and they told as that the problem is being solved and the phone is been already delivered , but we are taking after 4 days and when I reached the service centre they told me they couldnt repair Inwarrenty and they need money. We took the phone and disagree to give the money and took the phone to another service centre and they repair my phone in warrenty and they were very cooperative and supportive and got it repaired in 3 days...I request mi to take action against the flex service centre other wise the name of the company would be spoiledThis is not my first experience with them, it has also happened with my cousin sister too 1yrs ago.I prefer everybody go to the service centre in kanjikuzhi same in town .

Only option for authorised service for Mi products in Kottayam. Because of the high flow of service issues, they are not actually able to handle every cases so neatly. But they still handles. Please roam around the wall notices for your right of information before changing any spares. Rates and escalation matrix are furnished there itself.

Its very nice .no problem solved the problem in just under an hour.(small complaints)

I was told that the replacement battery I got had only 3 months warranty but when I contacted mi customer care service I was told that it was 6 months. Poor service is one thing but lying to a customer makes me wonder if the replacement I got is actually a mi phones battery.

They declined to service my Mi 3W device saying discontinued production. Later on 30th May 2018 I went to buy a charging cable for my brother in-law Mi A1 Type C. They billed us at MRP ₹400 for 2 in 1 cable the same product was available on Mi website at offer price of ₹250. Same time a policeman came with his Redmi note 4 device he was yelling and screaming he didnt wait for any token when asked to wait he demanded that his software bug be fixed immediately and that he spent ₹14K on this new device and needs immediate replacement. The staff was sweating with fear.

Because they dont know whats the meaning of SERVICE...i think..I went in with my broken Redmi note 4...Complaint:-1.Display fully broken to brittle+ touch working no complaints...2. Headphone icon in ON always from just after the falling incidentAfter consult..Person 1:- will cost the full display+touch told cost above 2000+INRMe:-agreedPerson 1 again came back and told me i have to change the whole metal body along with that.. Since they are coming together.. Cost around 3200+INR..OK SO he directed me to plse get the estimate from the lady sitting just next to himMe:-agreedPerson 2 she:- she checked it and told me that.. Since the headphone icon always is shown.. it also have a hardware problem.. So you have to change the mother board also... And gave me a game changing reply that... It will cost around 80% of total cost of my new phone... Very unfortunate...So i called to a local shop of my friend in GCDA complex Ernakulam marine drive and told the incident...As per him i took the phone to him.. Very next day.. On my travel when i rebooted my phone headphone icon disappeared... No mother board complaint..@GCDA within in 15-20 minutes he gave back my phone...No metal case change needed..No mother board change needed..No time of minimum 3hrs(as per mi services told for service) needed..No losing of huge amount of money needed..Only i lost my valuable time by waiting & chatting out there..GCDA people just charged me 1400/-INR... Only..Now everything is as good as earlier...Thanking flex mi SERVICES👎 @Kottayam for not rebooting my phone..My advice to all dear mi users.. If you are out of warranty... One of the worst service center for Redmi and mi ..staff behaved very badly and they are not even ready to give a proper service time or discount which is officially available all over other service centers. For example.when the xiomi gives 50% discount for flood affected phone they are authorized center they give 20% this how they satisfy customers plz go to other service centers Kochi which is very near is much better nad faster resolution

I had gone there to service my phone. The staff was very friendly. I got my phone fixed within 5 days.

I was asked to visit this so called authorised service center by the Huawei customer support for getting my smart band fixed. I tried calling them a couple of times to enquire about the availability of spares, but they continuously kept their phone engaged. The next day I traveled 25 kms to reach the place. They gave me a token and kept waiting me for 2 hours. After that they told me that they dont have the spare parts and Huawei wont be sending them even if I made an order. I was asked to visit another service center which is almost 100 kms from my place. This has been my worst experience with a brand.
