Resident here. Personally love this place and the amenities provided. Theres a team working on keeping the place clean and tidy. Association members have made that point and hats off to them. I got comments from my friends if its a resort !!

One of the finest residential gated community in Kottayam. Excellent planning of the entire enclave ... Beautiful bungalows, clubhouse, very safe environment. A really posh locality. And a perfect dream house location. A quiet and beautiful gated community with good security. Very well planned and the villas are easy to find cause the signage is excellent.

Very prwmium look. Cant believe something like can be maintained in a place like Kerala. Felt like a paradise on earth.
