I visited the hotel many times... Good staff.. Average ambience.. the food I like the most is their meals... Meals was really good... But I am not satisfied with the biriyani. Other items are average..

For the reviews, if there is any stars for the worst ever rating, if there is anything less than one and in negative, I prefer to give that. We booked the hotel through OYO and the experience was worst. We booked for 2 days from 12.00 pm and we reached the hotel by 7.00 pm but they made us wait for almost 1 hour without any proper response. They received the payment through google pay and finally after 1 hour they told that they are not willing to give the room and asked us to leave. They asked for extra payment too. After talking to OYO, they finally gave us a room. The next day, in the afternoon after we left the room, the manager called us and asked us to vacate immediately or they will take the luggage. When asked for the reason, they told that we are given the AC room but we have paid for the non- AC room. It’s the manager who gave us the key and it’s their mistake but later we were asked to vacate and the way they conveyed everything was very rude. Finally they even made us change the room. The whole stay was hectic and the people there doesn’t know to behave well with the customers. So customers who is about to book the rooms through OYO, think twice and go for other options.

The person we met in the morning before 7 am on 18 Jan 2020 is rude. We book this hotel through OYO at Rs 1200 for an AC room. The guy said they dont deal with OYO any more. He wanted 1700 for the room and if we are not happy we can complain to OYO or do what we want. Finally we took the room for 1700 and he said this is inclusive of early check in charge. Our guests stayed there for two days and paid 3400. Later owner called me up and asked for another 1700 for early check-in. I had a hard time explaining to him that his own staff told me 1700 is inclusive of early check-in rate. These guys are really greedy and arrogant. I suggest avoid this place if possible.

Sattisfaction guaretty place

We have booked 7 rooms for a group including me as a part of a pilgrimage for an overnight stay. The rooms are very spacious enough to accommodate 4 beds. As we asked for extra bed as we just spending a few hours there, we have being informed that they will not provide extra beds and had to book additional rooms.The toilets are too small and not upto the mark. Two toilets were not having the locks. We are having mineral water with us and when we have carrying this to rooms, they inform us that it is against the rule of the hotel and cannot bring water to the room.All these informed in a rude way that we confirm will never go back to the hotel again. Also they tried to charge extra 200 Rs. than confirmed earlier.

Over price for food, not tasty. 90/- for a vegg meal. washrooms and hotels are not clean.

Sap inn Hotel is very bad.. They called me and told if am paying direct to oyo they will not provide room there.. Room not at all clean. Towels sheets nothing is good.. Prefer not to take this hotel..

Cleanliness is ok , but facilities can be made better

Never ever book this property. The person sitting there is very rude. I booked the property through Oyo (air-conditioned room) but the manager didnt provide the room but insist me to stay on a room just bigger than bathroom. It doesnt have a/c, tv , and no WiFi. Really Im shocked.I made a complaint on the nearby police station and Im waiting for the result.I lost my one day but next time he will aware of the rights and power of the customerPlease dont book the property

My worst OYO room booking experience.Worst manager (owner) behaviour is very very bad and talked very rude. I have booked in OYO 3 members roon for 549 but the manager asked ₹850 rupees otherwise hey said you can cancel the booking. but we traveled 15km / ₹500 to reach that hotel so we cancel that booking and paid cash(₹850). in room also very dust and not cleaned TV not working AC not working Wifi also not connected

I dropped in for food on my way from Kottayam to TVM. They served tapioca with foul smell and claims to be fresh.Disgusting place and food.

Dont know was it the fault of OYO or the SAP Hotel, but we had a very bad experience. We booked through OYO, paid money and when we reached the Hotel they said the server of OYO is not working and due to that technical error they didnt provide rooms. We had to wait for 2 hours for proper communication with the authorities. And finally we had to leave the place.

Had food from here two times. We went there the first time and the second time we ordered parcel. First time the food was really good but the second time we were really disappointed with the food. The quality of food isnt consistent. Food is a bit pricey for the quality of the food they offer.
