A decent hotel with a professional management. Clearly a stand out modern facility at a quiet neighbourhood. We hosted our babys baptism reception at Armani. Mohandas, the General Manager, was really helpful and we and our guests were really impressed.

The Restaurant is at Ramapuram on the way to Koothattukulam. The food is not good. They have two bar restaurants. This restaurant has good parking structure. They accept credit/debit cards.

Good. It have a large parking spot and aplace where you and your family can go and eat tasty food.

The rooms are decent but the services and the food is just not up-to the mark. The food was bland and mushy, the beds initially seemed good though the bed sheets werent changed. The bedsheets were changed after repeated requests. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the closet was stinky.

Very very bad. Pls stay other 500 rupees rooms Its better. Tasteless food.

With liquor being available on the first floor the place is better now,the complementary snacks along with the liquor is really bad and not what you will expect from a star hotel.The high volume in which the tvs are operated inside the bar makes the bar atmosphere decline in class.But a great place if you are going there in the day time with your friends as the staff will be more available and will be attending to your demands with more care.The staff there are generally friendly.

Not tourist friendly - only local language , cannot communicate, non-ac rooms do not have fans, no hot water unless its sunny.., being a hotel you cannot ask customer to wait for sunlight. There is a menu for restaurant but 90% items not available. Food order takes 1 hour(plain rice) coz they prepare food after order. Coffee cattle placed in the room is non working..broken one.

Since all the bars in Pala is closed down, thanks to new government rules, every week I visit this Hotel for beers.I never stayed here, Food is good here, beer is chilled, staff is very friendly, not happy with wash room in reasturant , but I loved this place, no other offers for enjoy my beers and Beef dishes..
