Recently visited Modern Diagnostic Center. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staffs were courteous, helpful and very attentive.The analysis / evaluations required were performed in a highly professional and time efficient manner. The results were presented with sufficient information and technical background. I fully intend to use their services, again.

I had visited the lab few years back,Results are accurate than other labs in Kottayam. Reports are on time. But only issue was the customer care service. I believe it’s same everywhere in Kottayam. But last month I did my tests done there again.They have improved on the customer care service so had to mention that plus really happy with the option to get the reports online

Average. Staffs are very rude. I wont go there anymore.

Lab staff are not wearing glouse. This is violation of covid precautions.

If you want to waste your time then you can definitely visit the center.We took a new insurance from HDFC Ergo and HealthAssure team scheduled an appointment here at 8.30AM morning. The staff working here does not have a clue how to handle a customer and they dont even know the availability of doctors. They made us wait for 6 hours and because of covid situation we were unable to get appointment in another center. The front office staff is irresponsible, arrogant and will make you feel sorry for yourself for visiting the center. To whoever own this place: if you dont know what you are doing, shutdown your center and do other business, dont waste our time.

Ever heard something about appointing well educated employees?Not really, because the way your receptionists treating customers, will be the most disgusting experience one person could ever dream of.Too bad!

May be the facility is good but the receptionist peoples not done a good work. Last week my wife ask for a ultra sound scanning for pregnancy. but the receptionist at the time (28/02/2019) respond very badly to her that she dont know there was booking before scanning as we came from ernakulam because, my native in kottayam and my parents done check up there in modern only. the receptionist at the time wont told anything about the pre booking for scanning and simply throw the doctor prescription receipt towards her and told that they dont have any time to spent. If you dont have time please reply kindly. we are not suppose to work under your firm. As per to her she is a pregnant lady and she have the right to report this kind of character towards clients or customer in related department.So I never support this kind of manners and am not suppose to opt others to done here..
