Yes the mall is open but mainly only the hyper market is functioning.The new Joy mart is far better than the old one which was at the top floor.The new one is more spacious and clean. More products are available and fresh vegetables also.Lot of parking available at the basement of Joy mall. Definitely a great place for shopping.Hope they introduce more products here.

This is like a hypermarket, situated on the top of the Mall of Joy. You can purchase variety of items like stationary, body care, health care, personal hygiene, fruits, vegetables, frozen, bakery items, instant food, desserts etc. Also there is a big parking lot on the basement of this mall. Also this hypermarket market is neat, clean and hygienic.

The Mart is good Id say as I did like their arrangements and the set up. Its put in a right place inside the mall which is really accessible for all and almost any general stuffs one would need is there. One thing I noticed that didnt go well is their billing cause they gotta make it more efficient.

Its a decent supermarket at the top floor of JoyMall situated at the middle of Kottayam town.They have got a considerably good collection of all items, like office stationery, home and kitchen utilities, confectionery, a vegetable mart, and a small bakery. The staff are also very co operative and helpful.They also have a very good parking space, in two floors at the basement.

A local mart is having more items than this so called joy mart.A mart just for a name sake.

A well arranged supermarket with almost all items required for a household. The quality of the products are good. The bakery section provides freshly prepared breads which are delicious.Not much offers are available,like those in big bazar or Reliance supermarkets Usually it is a bit crowded at the billing section since only 3-4 billing counters are present.

A genuine supermarket in kottayam with wide variety of grocery stock after big bazaar however cannot compete with BB in terms of price. Have much better parking and common facilities. Location is tricky though to get in and get out. Always traffic jam in front of the mall.

Joy Mart is situated on the top floor of Joy mall. This Mart is located in a very convenient location in Kottayam town. There are traffic jams usually in the road. Parking is not a concern at all, as this mall provides a multistoried parking space. This Mart has a variety of items for sale. Mostly they do provide offers for many items.

In joy super market they dont give discount for any item, for which we normally get discount in other super markets. Usually, every supermarkets gives 2-6% discount on MRP for almost all the packaged company items. Yesterday I bought items that comes around Rs.1000 from here. I didnt get discount of a single paisa. If I bought the same items from any other leading supermarkets, I could have get a discount of 40-70 Rs.But they have a good collection of items in all categories. The arrangement and quality of items are good.
