My family has opened an account in this branch. And Mr. Biju was the one who assisted us through the whole process. He is courteous and very professional. As a customer, we appreciate and value Mr. Bijus services. On the flip side, we had an issue obtaining our debit card and the issue took some time to be resolved. However the branch could not do much, as the head office dispatched it at a later date.We have also availed the services of Mr. Ajith (Forex Department). He too is very professional to the core. Thus, I am contented with the services of HDFC Baker junction.Disclaimer: This is my personal experience.

I opened an account here for linking my Trading account, they were too keen to make me their priority customer telling me, they will respond immediately to any concerns if I have a minimum balance of 25K. I wanted to delink the trading account I had with SBI and link to HDFC, months have passed they are just passing the blame to different departments. Now there is no response to my messages too. Now I m forced to close my account thanks for the services. I could have read the below messages before going here.

Very Pathetic service. My friend Applied for Home loan on Dec2017. Same time I surprised they asked to give 11920/-Rs for processing fee. We paid same amount to bank on 22-12-2017. But they rejected the loan then after 6 months issued cheque to him amount 8379/-we lost 3541/- we asked to bank they said processing fee. I dont know what Process they done. This is absolutely cheating to ccustomers.

Very bad experience with their customer service. I contacted them for opening a demat account. One of Ms.Lulu mol contacted and came to my office to get sign from me in more than 5 documents to open the account. They were asking to pick up the highest plan in order to get them receive highest incentives. But i took one plan which suites my requirements only. They went back and didnt receive any news till I contacted them after one week. She told to wait another week to get the account open. I waited again. After a week, I have received a welcome kit in my mail from hdfc. But I didnt understand it to proceed further. For clarifying this, I have contacted again Ms.Lulu. But she didnt picked the call. I have tried to call continuously in two days. But there was no response from her. Then I have searched for branch contact number on the google. But it shows only their toll free number. It was another headache where I tried to get a customer service executive. But it was so disturbing to press all the keys in my phone whenever the Computer lady speaks to me to connect the call. I have cut off the phone and tried to get help from the chat section in their website. Then only i got the information which I was inquire. Please do careful in selecting employees to your bank. As they are the image crater of your business. You have 2 rude employees :1) Ms.Lulu mol- She dont know how to deal with a customer after the sale close.2) Ms.Viji - She dont know how to behave with a customer.
