Roadside shop. Best thing about this place, they have almost all the vegetables and fruits at all times of the day. Always stocked up on fresh ones throughout the day. They even have other bakery products inside of the shop. Their staff are quite helpful and fast as well. Its more like a mini supermarket. Parking is available right in front of the shop for both 2 and 4 wheelers. But 4 wheelers at the max 4 cars can park diagonally or only 2 can park if parked parallel. I always come here as they seem to have everything at any given time of the day.

Poor customer service. Arrogant guys at cash counter are reluctant to accept upi payment. They want to charge at MRP rate and evade tax at the same time by not accepting digital payment. Not recommended.

Awesome place for all your Bakery and Grocery needs as they have a fruit and vegetables shop attached to their main bakery establishment. The staff was friendly and the owner Mr Zakir is a good bloke and a good friend of mine. Always felt welcomed whenever I went there

If you dont find something baked/tinned/tetra packed or raw as in raw fruits and vegetables including eggs and dairy products in and around Kottayam,Chenganacherry,Tiruvalla and Chengannur;in all probability you will find it at Arafa.Given them 4 because they would want 4 only because they are always striving for better.De facto they deserve a 6 maybe.I still remember way back in 2002 my son,then a little boy needed lays and I couldnt find it anywhere including Arafa.Tried again after a week ir so and they were the first ones to have made it available. They are awesome. Slightly strict about timings. You cant fault these guys over anything else.
