I have took a 2wheeler and the loan has given by hdfc I m paying the month EMI correctly but from last two months I could pay it on date but I have paid it but these collection agents use threaten my mother and she got panic this happened two days back I m out of state once I reach kottayam I m going to file a case against hdfc at any cost they are threatening like tteu Wil take my bike orlse my mother Wil be I will be jail is that a way to behave with your customers family shame on HDFC bank staffs

They lack customer centricity . As a so called imperia member i dont see any difference in the level of customer service provided to an elite and non eltite member. They are no different from others who dont walk the talk . They seem keen only to act and advise the customer on what they WANT and not what the customer NEEDS. I see this attribute across all their branches. A pity indeed.

Can walk in and talk to their customer agent. They get the job done. But they are always trying to sell their other products.

Service is an Absolute Zero,They dont even Take a Xerox Copy For the Customers and Sending out to internet Cafe,Noticed Security Man is more intracting with the Customers than the Front Office Staff which is more time spending in Mobile Phones ,No Queing System absolute Waste Of Time and will Never Reccomend,Kottayam Shastri Road Branch

Very Bad service as every time while being there they show this much lag in everything, like they make people wait by doing something else and talking to their co-workers nonsense especially in the cash counter
