Excellent rooms and facilities. The neighbours are really good and very helpful. The flat has a 24 hour security service and a good caretaker. Is safe and recommeded even for ladies alone to stay in without any problems. The flat has its own set of maintance team available at a single call.

It is good. But entrance is not very much visible while coming from kottayam side

Its a budget apartment with good ambience.Service agents are very friendly.Cable, broadband services are available.Its very close to kottayam railway station. Just 2 kms walking distance. Bus stops are near.Its just take 10 mins to reach Medical College Kottayam.
