Good Business centre space in town

I came there for checking room space representing a leading corporate in India. As I knew most of the space are vacant, but the building has no care taker. As security said check the details with the concerned person of a tailor who is having shop at ground floor. But he is not interested to tell anything and arrogant behaviour who come up with enquiry. I dont understand why landlord given the responsibility to this kind of people.

A comparatively old shopping complex at Kottayam. A number of shops and are stationed here. The building is not very comfortable when compared to modern complexes. But still well maintained

Its a commercial building with lot of offices inside. There is a side road & a front road. Parking is free, but its difficult get parking during peak hours.

Just out from the noises of the town. Various services are to be served
