They are great. I had bought a home theater system. And its subwooffer started making crackling sound... I gave it to them and they replaced the whole thing. They are really superb in their work.

Sony authorised service centre located at Kanjikkuzhy, KK Road, beside Domino’s, Cutie Pie etc. We had a pleasant experience with their service. Our LED TV was not working and the technician came home to check the same (charged Rs. 400). Upon identifying the problem that backlight strips had damaged, the technician took advance amount, placed order with Sony and gave a receipt. Within the said timeframe ( 1 week) they called informing about arrival of the backlight strips. They offered home pick up and drop of TV (chargeable) but since we were driving to Kottayam (and it’s not a heavy item), we took it to the service centre. They replaced the parts, tested the TV and delivered within informed time i.e 2 hours. Random check in Google confirmed the price they charged for backlight strips were well in the range. Limited space inside the centre which is a problem when there are lot of customers. Parking is not available meaning you have to park on the streets or at adjacent building parking area.

They service and deal with all products other than play station that no one offers sevice .

Please dont go this service center. I have given my laptop for service two months back and till now they are not giving my laptop back nor informing the correct issue. When i am calling them, they will say that we will call back. Nowadays they are not lifting my call also.

I brought my Bravia LED TV in for service and they prepared the job sheet and estimate within an hour 👍. Worst service. I never seen this type of service center . I bought a Xperia XA1 phone in 20000 Rupees.Then touch complaint before six months I do not get the phone till now. More than 20 days to change a touch panel.I will never buy a SONY phone anymore . Worst service and worst phone . I lost My 20,000Rs .

Worst service ordered a camera battery in March still no response from them. when I placed order told will get in 2- 3weeks time. When I call to ask after 3rd week they say next week and same the next week. Very unprofessional service and non reliable place to give your gadgets for service . Would have given negative star if possible.

ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഒരു 55 inch L ED TV complaint ആയത് കൊണ്ടുപോയി കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ display പോയതാണ് നന്നാക്കുന്നതിന് 38000 രൂപ ആകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാൻ അത് തിരികെ എന്റെ നാട്ടിൽ ഒരാളെ കാണിച്ചു. അയാൾ 5000 രൂപയ്ക്ക് display മാറാതെ തന്നെ അത് നന്നാക്കി തന്നു . അപ്പോൾ എന്ത് technician ഇവിടെ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ?
