First time i am doing my freelander 2 and Audi A3 out from company service.To be honest i felt the service was transperent and professional. Moreover its affordable. Most unprofessional service center I have ever seen, in the start just to get the business their sales person (Ajay) will say big things. But once the car is delivered then their attitude changes.I gave my car for A/C repair, now the blower is not working. They say that they only checked the A/C cooling but not the blower (how stupid of that), does it mean they did not test it after A/C repair.But I m sure they did some work because after I got the car delivery my reverse sensor is not working & car speed is not going above 50kms/hr.I suggest instead of giving car to such unprofessional people, we should put some more money give it to the company service center atleast they provide value for your money.

We own an E Class 250. Initially we used to service our car at the MB service centre. However, a coincidental encounter brought yo German Tech. We have to admit we were provided with the best service at the most affordable rates. From now on only German Tech for our cars!!!

Overall a good experience with my BMW 320d repairs and service. Can do better if they can bring down the repair time. Try to deal directly with the owner Mr. Mathew if available. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

I have given my vehicle to check smoke , ac cut off issue. They have find issue was with electrical part and charged me 7k for the same while taking vehicle back I observed gear change is hard it was not having any issues while I dropped theWhen I asked them to check this they were shouting and misbehaving.They have spoiled my car literally.Never ever trust this guys or do service. They are looting customers royally with premium rate.Number one cheaters and really unprofessional guys.

My Mercedes Benz C class(C220, W205, 2016) evaporator coil has been replaced at German Tech and my overall experience was satisfactory. My car has no complaints since I bought 5 years ago, and it has been going through regular service at the showroom Rajasree Motors Kochi. I had problems with air conditioning system and my first choice was to go with Rajasree Motors, but it was working only partially due to Covid lockdown and difficult to get appointment. I have been working abroad and my vacation time was limited so I have decided to go with German Tech based on the google reviews and moreover it’s close to my home. They have diagnosed that the evaporator(cooling) coil is leaking, and it must be replaced. Original Mercedes part was not available in Kerala, and it takes minimum 3 weeks for delivery, so I have decided to go for a made in Spain evaporator suggested by German Tech. The part had arrived on time and item replaced, but the pressure test was not successful. It was leaking from the sealing area and Germen Tech advised that the O rings to be replaced as well and it’s normally comes with original component. They have managed to get it from Dubai, but the work was delayed by a week again. I was a bit disappointed when I hear about that the O rings are designed for one time use only and it may not work second time. I would have waited for original evaporator coil if they had informed me about this problem earlier. Anyway, repair work has been successfully completed with new O rings later and AC is working fine.Positives: Owner Mr Mathew is a nice person, and he was giving regular updates about the progress and issues. They have a decent workshop with adequate tools and equipment for the service and repair works. They have tested the faulty evaporator coil in my presence and shown the leaking location. Service charges are reasonable, and they focus on customer satisfaction. Mathew and team are open, and they are happy to consider any suggestions/feedback from customer for the continues improvement.

My car is BMW 530DMy experience with German Tech (Mathew Thomas)was really appreciable coz1) They gave me 2 quotes that is (Genuine quality price list and First quality price list) attractive quotes.2) They will recommend only what is best and necessary for ur ride to perform at its peak3) Reasonable services charges.4) Well mannered behaviour .5) Delivery on time.

I had done periodic service of my polo 6 month back, the service was excellent, cost is affordable.

Very poor customer service and not at all professional. We have booked and went to their service centre and was late by 1 hour and they denied even to check the vehicle or dont even have any manners in handling the customers. Mathew from germantech is an ultimate example of non professionalism. When we requested him to just come and check our vehicle, his reply was epic :Customers sitting inside will hit meAs if we went and asked him for other customers car.He just values his existing customers and not new ones. We went after seeing Baiju N Nairs video, and was a total waste of our time and driving down there for about 45KM. Dont recommend at all. Actual car manufactures service is too good, we have realized it after having this terrible experience from germantech.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Yes, we were late and we doesnt know you would take the car only at 12:30 and not after that. And if you dont have the slot available then intimate the customer by saying it politely and not by giving some jovial comment as you mentioned.And yes we came to reconfirm your opinion but without even looking at the complaint how can you confirm it. Its not cold or something after hearing the symptoms you can suggest a medicine, you need to see the condition and scenario which we explained. But you were not even bothered to come and check the vehicle. And we are not planning to book or visiting your service centre again.Also we havent asked you to remove other customers car and then take our car. If you have said like we have all the slots full and cannot accommodate one more then we could understand it. But customers will hit me kind of comments are totally not professional.

Just got my A6 back after a service. Car has been poorly handled. Entire car is wet, stinks, and crawling with ants. No one at the service center is willing to take responsibility. Owner refused to talk.

My Benz CLA 200 met with an accident 2 days after I bought it. Mercedes Benz dealership informed me that the car would be totaled because damages were too extensive.When I realized that I would not only lose the car but also lose money, I decided to approach German Tech.German Tech assured me that they would be able to repair the damages within the insurance cover without excess charges, and that the car would not be totaled.Throughout the process, they kept me informed with timely updates. They also guaranteed use of genuine Mercedes Benz parts.Keeping true to their word, I received my car in perfect condition. I say they are pioneers in automobile service field. My Merc S 350 has been carefully taken care and serviced . I had a problem with my car rear wheel suspension. They serviced my car and delivered within few days. I wonder how the direct showrooms charge a huge amount as service bill. I got a significant difference in service bill here. Worst experience and service I ever had. Did my Skoda for 65000 ensured full service. It took 5 months for me. The next delivery day got stuck in road. They replaced master cylinder rooter and brake pads With out any complaints. I took to another workshop and It replaced with the same and now working smoothly. They are really charged too much for my car. Really worst experience.... . In 65000 they only told me to do everything including what I pointed out on job card. But they fail to do it. At last they saying that mechanic mechanic is not available. And they dont have any Skoda mechanic available. It shows the double face of them. They are very friendly at the time of taking the vehicle in ...

DO NOT TRUST THEM! There is no ZERO rating.. Else I would have rated them ZERO!They fitted my car with non-genuine parts and charged me a bomb!When I was in Kerala, I had to repaid my Skoda Rapids front suspension and the only renowned garage was German Tech. Knowing that i may not go there again, they tricked me to pay a hefty amount for changing Link rods and charged me 20K. Later, when i took my car for the routine annual service, I was told by the skoda service guys that they have a put a cheaper after market part. This is the least I would expect from a car service center that claims to service high end European cars! Stay away from them! Attaching the invoice for proof

Considering a best place in town to get my C220 serviced , one of my friend recommended GermenTech kottayam. I had visited the garage and got my vehicle serviced with full satisfaction.

One of the major service centres in Kottayam for German and other international car brands. They are good in periodic services and other routine maintenance jobs. However, they were unable to trouble-shoot my Skoda vehicle and I had to shift it to the authorized service centre located far away.
