A good collection at a reasonable price. The staffs are well supportive and professionals. I even doesnt got the shoe for my foot size (10.5in). But overall its good.

A great showroom with the extraordinary collection, staffs are cooperative, even its in the heart of town, they are providing some parking place.

The store has a decent collection of footwear. I would not say that it is extensive. They have common sizes in stock but if youre like me and have long feet (size 11), then good luck finding a size in something you like. The staff helped us get the footwear we needed but I felt that they take too long to find something. Most of the stock is kept in an upstairs stock room so for every model we picked, they had to go hunting for sizes. I also feel that they try to sell you more expensive footwear based on how you project yourselves. I am visiting from the USA; I guess that shows. I picked a sandal that costs ₹ 699. They apparently didnt have the size I wanted (size 11). The staff then brought a similar looking model, conveniently priced at ₹ 2000. We bought a number of items totaling at ₹ 4500. I was hoping theyd give us a bulk purchase discount. Nope. Not at all.

Is this a bloody branded showroom no customer hospitality how a branded footwear show these kind of bad response to a customer requested refund for a damaged prduct still no response its been 14days this not at all good poor executives i advice dont go to this showroom

Worst customer relation...Think twice before you go there

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him... but here staffs are the king and we customers should dependent on them... pathetic condition😏

I went there for buying slippers. The footwears availed there are bit costlier , but it were of good quality. Sparx footwears are also available there. I felt a good service from the salesman and he was very dedicative towards me. They also gave me a discount for slippers. Overall, i liked the shop very much and i recommend it to all.

Cant believe there is such an awesome collection of footwears in kottarakkara.The shop has almost a lakh type of shoes and sandals.The staffs are very friendly as well as selective and can help us a lot in deciding.The price is very reasonable and the shop is clean and colourful.Everything is arranged properly and its very easy to find what we are looking for with ease.Do visit at least once and you wont visit another

Today we had a very bad experience with the shop ,had purchased a kids shoe on our way to magic planet Trivandrum,we had noticed a damage with in a couple of hours. On the way back we had contacted the branch for replacement . We had to arque hardly for the replacement we were badly hurt with the type of argument we had to face with staff. Thereafter we enquired the contact details of the owner,but sadly found out the staff arqued is owner itself.he atlast agreed for replacement. Our self esteem didnt allow us to collect the replacement and had self decided not to return back to that shop for any reason.
