Good but not best. There are more better restaurant nearby. Food is ok.Neat and clean but more to improve.

The items which we bought were satisfactory. Bread was spoiled, but it has 2 more days as per expiry date. Its not awesome or wow, just average. Service is bit slow even if one or two customers are there. The outlet is located near to main road and easily accessible. Parking is difficult during peak time.

Ordered a strawberry cake. But the cake was not fresh. Also it was just strawberry syrup poured over normal butter cake. Only the cream has. Strawberry flavour and not the cake. We didnt expect this from a brand like Hot cakes.

Have bought carrot cake and puffs from here. Taste was good. It was fresh.However, the shawarma served here was dry. Bought it twice. Didnt have enough mayonnaise. Chicken is stuffed generously. Id suggest to add more mayo and make it a bit moist.Edit: bought 2 shawarma plate last weekend. Was good. Mayo was added sufficiently. Having one of those is enough for dinner. Raising the rating by 1 star.

Pathetic experience.Went to new Hot cakes, near kottarakara jubilee mandiram and got puffs. Got food poisoning, suffered from vomiting, stomach upset for 2 days..From 1 week, I am still suffering from gastritis. . I did complaint at bakery, they told they never keep old food items. Anyways the puffs that I got that day wasnt fresh.

Cakes and pastries which are making here are best quality and hygiene. I must really say that it is the best cake shop in kottarakara which gives you the premium quality. There are different kinds of cakes as per your favourite flavours. Its very delicious and one must really try it out

It was really appalling and terrible. I have ordered for a truffle cake it wont even look like a truffle moreover when I enquired for the same there response was quiet unexpected.. While we are ordering for one we must get the exact same one. How is it possible to adjust with something that we never order for even after paying the complete amount. Completely disappointed😔 so my experience make sure before order.. Dont take a chance

I placed an order for the Truffle cake howver the cake I got was not a Truffle cake, it was just brown cream(not dark chocolate as it should be), thebread was very hard..
