Poor customer service, bad experience not recommended to others

Service is just okay. They have most of the small IT accessories and stuff but they are not vocal about their offerings and even if we ask something you cant expect a quick response from the staffs. Also the store look very congested and no proper lighting and feels like youre in a totally dark environment. The products are a bit costly and therefore I visit the shop only when I dont have enough time to recieve a package from online shops.
