Grate hospital, good peoples, staff have to improve in relationship. Remaining every thing is fine.

One of the pathetic hospitals in town. Had to visit for the maternity of my wife couple of weeks back. The staffs behavior towards the patients and relatives are too bad.hospitali think there is no responsible person to manage the staffs.Parking space getting full too soon. I think the hospital is surviving only because of there is no other good hospital available at kothamangalam area and people from highrange always prefer because there are no good hospitals in idukki as well. When taking about the rooms its really dangerous conditions roofs are like any time fell down.When talking about positive aspects rates are affordable, I can see some good Doctors are available there and the hospital is located in the middle of the city.Over all if you dont have any other option go for it else better to find some good hospital.

Urology doctor and nefrology doctor was very bad service

The hospital is very clean .When ever me and family vists MBMM .They are giving us a good care . I love this hospital .In the locality it is the best hospitals , nowadays i think it is better than Rajgiri hospital . Rajgiri hospital are asking us lots of money to pay . If they understand we are rich or NRI they gone take our whole money .Perhaps MBMM Hospital is not like that .The nursues in the hospital are very caring . The SANJO HOSPITAL in PERUMBAVUR are having a lag in there caring . When we are unconcious they are taking a lot of time to give us a single drip and ECG .But MBMMS are not like that they are doing it as fast as possible .THANKYOU SO MUCH MBMMS

Very bad treatment for the patients admitted in MICU, The nurses appointed there doesnt even bother to take care of the patients. Doesnt clean them and dont even bother to switch lying position and this causing bedsores. When this was informed they did the cleaning but I would say it as very painful cleaning or would say it as a nightmare for the patient. Hospital management should take time to train the staff before giving them duties, and there should be someone to strictly monitor them. Some of the nurses doesnt even know how to change an adult diaper... how funny is it?This is one of the hospital which I hate because of the arrogance and lack of competent nursing and supervisory staff. There are lot of other issues. Any way I am writing with details to the District Medical office.

Excellent Service by the hospital staff &/ management. The ratesre all very reasonable and affordable. They dont make you do tests and scans etc. without a reason / unnecessarily. It also has ample facilities &/ parking space too !! ..... The canteen food & service is also very nice.

Behaviour of doctors towards patients & bystanders are in such an arrogant. Expecting something better from a doctor!They are (Dr.s & staff) yelling at us with our expense. Its like a better money making business for all of them.They are working for the growth of hospital, & not much concerned about the health of patients. But for us its all about our health. No one like to stuck at hospitals in any cases. In such a situation dont try to harass them again...ok!!!(Exceptions are there❤, and I do respect them)

Security staff in parking area are very rude (not everyone)My husband had hand injury, with injured hand he driven car to this hospital , the parking area was full then we tried to park outside the hospital but no space was availableLast we found a place they will not allow us to park there atlast we parkedin a place and given key to the security staff but they are not willing to accept key and they are shouting to us then after a long argument they accepted key and we met doctorThey are not understanding the difficulty to drive with one hand . There will be somebody to hear what we say

Doctors and staff were so polite & has cooperative behaviour. Inpsite of being an outsider, we were well addresed and given proper treatment.

A below average hospital lacking modern amenities. Crowded most of the time,cramped parking too. You will be greeted by a crowd if you plan to buy medicines from the hospital pharmacy itself. Came here only because the doctor whom we were consulting moved here. we had called to book an appointment around 6 several times and no one picked finally someone took the call and alloted token number 14 and asked us to reach around 9 am which we,be done.But doctor reached around 10.40 am . After a long wait with in an area even without a fan drenched in sweat and misery weve met the doctor around 2 pm. As a summary ,if you are planning to consult any doctor here be prepared to spent and entire day in here. Kindly stay away if you value your time.

Worst hospital I have ever seen...not treating well with the patients inside ICU....my father suffered a lot inside...worst service..i hope those who were looking after my father were human beings..if u have any option to go elsewhere pls do so....we got stuck in this hospital due to medical condition...some angels are there....but our experience was bad.....

My Experience : We were consulting Dr.XXXX doctor of gynecology Dept. I have worst Exp with hospital. When we went for the first time for consultation I could see one more couple for consultation at the same time. It was beginning of semester of maternity, So we had several doubts regarding that, After seeing one more couple inside which questioned our privacy of consultation, I couldn’t ask her anything. She checked the weight, UT scan finished the whole check up in 4 mins. Since this hospital was near to my in-laws, we went there. Again after one month we consulted her, this time I really wanted to question privacy of consultation; We entered inside, situation was the same. I planned to question once checkup is over. She checked weight of my wife, I was eager to know the weight & I asked about it. She replied me its fair, I asked her to specify. She wasn’t ready to specify , she was shouting at me saying what do u want ,to increase weight? I replied I just want to know. I felt like it’s a guilt to ask questions to doctor. I decided to report it to PRO of hospital. PRO was busy man so we waited for an hour outside. He called us in, I was surprised he was also attending in similar way, was attending two complaints at the same time while playing with mobile .What to say & whome to say.We give doctors respect , when they cross the limits it has to be questioned. Some body has to Speak it louder #Attitude Problem. Completely unprofessional Approch.

Very bad hospital. Dr. Susan of the gynecology division is bad behavior. It was a pregnant woman who treated me with anger and negligence.Im changing the hospital. I have a problem with a small problem. And they are not only giving a consideration. Absolutely ignored and ridiculed. We bought a cash from our hands and hospitalized us. We do not make a difference. God asks them.So friends do not prefer this hospital especially for pregnancy.
