Spacious and clean shop.... Jio executive is also very friendly... Although when i went there to get a duplicate sim, they charged me 50 rs. Whereas i received a message from jio that total price i have to give is 30/- so basically he overcharge me, but may be its just an exceptional case...

Requires more man power as a single person is doing sales, providing service to existing customer and managing stocks which is impacting the image of Jio by the overall poor experience a customer facing, the sole reason for this is the manpower shortage. Jio should definitely provide more manpower there as soon as possible.

Staff is not helpful, provide very bad services. They are not ready to replace/repair my uncles JioPhone mobile which is under warranty and charging ₹410 for the same and these charges is not mentioned in their respective TnC when I purchased it.

Its a reliance jio network customer care office.

This is the only jio point in kotdwar and they are giving you free jio sim for porting from your current carrier (depend on offers currently running) , and you get all process done in front of you from buying new jio sim to port in to jio sim and the best thing is there is no crowd but the staff there is too slow like turtle most of the time only 1 person working there and the tip for this store you need to stand there for all the things to be done in front of you if you leaves the jio point and paid money to recharge after your sim ported to jio they are taking long time even endless time to recharge your jio sim if you call them daily for reminding about your jio recharge they just stop taking your call and then finally you need to physically visit the jio point for your recharge getting done .
