Congratulations to the team! The gentleman who welcomed me to the store was very helpful in offering me a seat while choosing my colours. Kelly (did my pedicure) and Jessica (did my manicure and SNS). They were as equally attentive as they were gentle. Their colleagues were busy with other clients or quietly cleaning. The salon was beautiful and spotless. I felt really comfortable, and look forward to my next visit.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I had two girls help me (Amy and Jessie) and both were extremely welcoming. I had a new baby with me and they were so accommodating. Loved my nails but the experience will stick in my mind for ages!

I went there for the first time with my sister the other day for my waxing and her manicure. The customer service was amazing, staff are skilled and friendly. The manager was really supporting and welcoming when we arrived. Will surely come back there.

Everyone is well trained and always able to squeeze me in even when busy. Shellac manicures last 2 weeks here.

I love it here! Great service! I am always running to the clock and this incredible team always fits me in and gets me out on time. The staff are engaging and make an effort to know you. Also, I have tried other places and honestly, they have the longest lasting polish - stays on for weeks!

First time pedicure and Im completely amazed by the whole experience!On time for appointment, plenty of space for social distancing, very friendly staff with good English skills.The chair itself was bliss, massaged me everywhere.My feet really recieved the love they needed. First time been here and have the best pedicure at Professionail Kotara today. Professionail and beautiful staff, the salon is nice and clean. Definitely become my new favorite nail salon in Newcastle. 🥰🥰

This was the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. The man cut my nails down to tiny round stubs, all are uneven and look horrendous. I was incredibly unhappy and spoke to the manager who said all she could do was not charge me for shellac removal. So I spent $50 on the ugliest pedicure I have ever seen. I would definitely not recommend this place, and would caution anyone to go elsewhere. Save your time and money for somewhere that values quality and professionalism.

Had a fullset and pedicure here. They done great job. And pedicure massage is awesome, the staff was very friendly and professional! I definitely will comeback. Highly recommend for everyone to come this place!👍👍

It had taken me nearly 2 years and a fair bit if money for pharmacy items and foot Dr. to get my toe nail to grow back and be healthy again. I lost the large nail after a large split happened while having shellac removed and an infection set in. I looked down and the bowl was filled with blood. told the person at the time I wasnt happy they still had the hide to charge me and no apologies. staff cant communicate so its not really a pleasant experience anyway. The guy that seems to run it does all the talking. Be careful.

Amazing service and really friendly staff

I went in on Monday and I was kindly greeted when I walked in. I told the lady what I wanted done which was SNS, and she than sat me and my friends all and the one table so we could be next to each other while we were getting them done. The lady who did my nails was Allie, she was very kind and did a stunning job, she was very professional, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend ProfessioNails at Kotara. Not only is there store highly clean but the staff are amazing!

For something different I got my first pedicure the other day and they gave me a foot massage as well, it was great. The staff were friendly and professional and I really felt relaxed and comfortable. Great job, I’ll be back.

While going through chemo and radiation this is the only place in Newcastle I would trust to do my manicures and pedicures. Their staff are AMAZING! Very professional and hygienic. Absolutely recommend ProfessioNail at Kotara to anyone looking to have their nails done.

Went in at the end of the day with my girlfriend, she probably spent about 5 min on both of us combined then charged 50$ neither of us were happy with the service

Went for a pedicure with mum for her birthday. Lovely staff, however unprofessionalism displayed as they would casually chat amongst themselves which felt as though they werent taking care. They did realise this part-way through and began to make conversation with us, which was lovely. Overall okay experience, the paint job was a little sloppy but the leg/foot massage was very relaxing!

Went in for a pedicure and it was a little disappointing. The staff were snobby but were great to their regular customers, they did an alright job but need to respect ALL paying customers.

For the price you pay, the service and the quality is excellent. Always come back here.
