The food here is always consistently great. Never a complaint each time. Service is super quick. Food comes to the table very quickly. Chicken is super crispy and juicy. Pad Thai is delicious. Cant find any faults with this place each time we come it gets the job done.

Had a lovely time at Kinn over the weekend with a group of four. We went for lunch on Sunday, and the food was delivered quickly and all at once. Hot and tasty, and definitely worth trying out!

So delicious!! The chicken skewers are the kids meal, my toddler loved these and there is a playground right behind the restaurant that you can see from your table. The food was incredibly tasty, timely, smaller servings than the average and there is a little language barrier with some of the staff but they are all so kind and welcoming!

The restaurant is located in the rooftop dining area of Kotara Westfield.Food was delicious, decent portions and reasonably priced. They offer a variety of dishes in the menu and also lots of delicious drinks.We had pad Thai, tom yum soup, satay chicken and pork ribs. The pork ribs were average but everything else was very good.

Amazing how one persons attitude can leave a lasting memory. Have eaten here several times and had take away . Tonight was unable to order on line so decided to call instead, went to give my order over phone, left me and started taking money off customers ! Im calling out ....Hello.....! In the end I had to hang up . When I called back said who I was and trying to make an order , she rudely asked what I wanted I said..... no Im sorry that happened, straight into business. No order went ahead couldnt believe the attitude very disappointing .......

I have eaten at Kinn Thai in Wollongong and I was hoping to have the same experience. The pad Thai at kotara had no beans shoots, lemon or peanut and was bland. The bettel leaf prawn came with no bettel leaf and I didn’t touch the crab. A very disappointing meal.

We ordered online and the food was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. The girl at the front was happy and helpful as was the girl behind the counter.The food was clearly fresh and takeaway portions were as expected and fairly priced.While the food was fresh and generally well prepared the flavours were flat and fell short of expectations with the exception of the roti that was perfect.I’m not sure I’ll be back but taste is subjective and given the service and overall quality I’d give it a try to see if it’s your flavour!

We visited this nice thai restaurant on the rooftop at Kotara Shopping Center. It was a revelation! Outstanding food, good prices, great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. If you have not been yet, find some time to drop in for lunch or dinner.

Takeaway was fast and delicious. Kinns Seafood stir fry, duck red curry and pad see wi were yum and generous portions. 1 rice will easily do 2 people. As usual the Crab Spring rolls did not disappoint. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

Papaya salad and grilled chicken tastes great and the lunch specials are worth your money. Thai lemon tea and Thai milk tea are also authentic and tasty. Overall one of the best Thai restaurants in Newcastle! 😊

The food was delicious. The restaurant was extremely accommodating for our dietary needs. Our server, Pui was exceptional with her service, patience and courteousness. It wasn’t easy to handle a table of 12 people and noone could have done it better.

Food is good. However, the girl with the half bleached hair that seats people needs a change of attitude. Try being nice to your customers and welcoming because right now, your aura is appalling

Good quality food all round. Internet experience for newbies could be a bit easier - took me a while to work out you could only order 1 special deal not other special deals - was confusing. Got the idea noe - pick one special offer and run with that. Food on time - staff very nice. Might try home delivery next time, best reghards to staff.

Went there for my 18th today, food was really good and we chose to go there over other places because its so much more affordable. I kinda regretted going for a $14 drink but because they saw it was my birthday when I gave my ID they brought it over with a candle on it and took off the price of the drink when we went to pay.- really good food- friendly staff- pretty cheap considering the quality of the food- gave me my drink for free because its my birthday100% recommend.

Staff are good. Food is ok. Vegetarian options dont include protein though and when you pay to have tofu added, you dont get much, so value for money could be better.

The Chicken Salad was delicious. I will be coming back soon for some more 😋 we have been here a month and have tried many of the restaurants. Kinney Thai Restaurant was/is my absolute favorite. The waite staff was was Amazing as well. I give it ***** 5 stars for flavor and price.

Best Thai in Town

Have always loved my experiences at Kinns, and the manager is the loveliest.Deducted a star since we once got food poisoning, and I dont like how close all the seating is to others. It feels a little bit cramped at times.

Honestly it is a pleasure to eat here. Every time Im here I am greeted by friendly staff and no matter how busy it is Im never waiting too long for my food. Absolutely amazing place.

Absolutely incredible. Been here many times now. Even when it is PACKED, always been served really fast, without compromising the excellent quality of both food and drinks. The food was lovely, but when your dining group spends more than $100 on lunch the fact that staff we unwilling to charge half the bill amount to one card and half to another (we were two sets of couples) just felt quite unaccommodating.

Always such a good feed there, staff are friendly and attentive. Been there a few times, everytime they deliver good service and food. Cant recommend them enough.
