Good hotel at a reasonable price. Nice rooms with good amenities. They are coming out of covid lockdown setbacks.

When you are in Kota book this and you won’t regret, I booked this property after reading review on Tripadvisor and i am amazed to see the staff response, staff here starting from reception guys to room service guys everyone is putting extras effort to Make your stay amazing. I really loved this hotel. Its simply great. The hospitality is awesome. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained and even spacious, the food is really really good. I enjoyed my stay here. And if you want any channels added to your DTH while youre staying here...they do it just immediately so you can get your channel...well I hadnt got mine to be honest because of some issues...but yet its great.

I was at this hotel the washroom was stinking, bed sheets were not washed properly, pillow was dirty, TV not working. The staff was booking the room for 2900rs and I found this hotel room for 1600rs makemytrip.Was TOTALLY BAD experience. Will not recommend this hotel at all.

It is a good place for marriage. There is 2 big hall for celebrate functions and birthday party etc. There is Big hall and big garden And best interior. Staff service also good all staff are good and there is proper cleaning. Luxury rooms also available stay and enjoy there.

Hotel is situated at a peaceful area. Hotel staff is attentive and always delivers prompt service. Check-in process was smooth and rooms are spacious. Overall my stay was amazing and I would love to visit again.

Excellent place for holding events, very cooperative staff, very warm hospitality and outstanding conduct.The Rose Banquet hall is really good, and the hotel rooms were good too.All COVID-19 guidelines provided by government of Rajasthan, were properly taken care of.Special mention to person in charge at reception: Mr. Ravi Vijay, he was super helpful in all regards, under his supervision all wedding ceremonies went smoothly.I would recommend this place 10/10.

One of the best hotel in kota

Staff and front desk guys were not polite (Sardarji at front desk was rude). I stayed in room 510. We booked room for 3 people and when we asked for pillow and blanket for 3rd person, they said we can give u this is all we have and then they just gave us the blanket that to after argument. Also, when my cousin landed there on 16th morning and asked for the dental kit, they didnt gave him. Despite we had our two rooms booked, they didnt allwed us to park our car in the premise and asked to park in outside the premise. Wont suggest the place to anyone.

Value for the money paid. Clean rooms, courteous staff. I visited it for my cousins wedding and i found its banquet hall is quiet spacious and beautiful. I am very happy for the quality of the service, food and hospitality. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.Soothing atmosphere. So my all over experience is very good. Looking forward to come back again.

Quite far from city, but its decently built with quite spacious structure

The hotel serves only vegetarian food egg servings also available. The room sizes are fine as well as well maintained. The staff is co-operative but we have to ask them to provide all mentioned items in kit. The ambience is lavish, decent and peaceful. It is good place for business executives. The hotel stay is value for money offering buffet breakfast but their restaurant seems to be somewhat costly. Overall great experience.

We had lunch here while in Kota and it was delicious. They have the best Garlic naan I ever had, also daal Makhni, butter paneer masala, mixed veg were excellent. Spice level was perfect. I would visit again if I am in Kota.. The service is usually fast.

GST Tax Paid but not update GST at online portal of government.. call for many times for hotel manager and accounts department but there is no responded.. call not attend after the checkout from hotel.. dont waste your time to visit this palace for your business trip...

Good place for weddings, exhibitions and events. It is a luxury hotel with comfortable stay.

Well I was in this place for my uncles wedding so I am going to tell you according to that. So all the places were the functions were held very spacious and the food to was good. The decorations too very okay and the staff very also very helping. The swimming pool was a little bit smaller and the T.V was not working in many rooms including mine. And the bathrooms were also very nice I loved the showers. Also a complain the tea was not good and no better was the coffee so over it was good so 3 and a half stars (yes I know o have give 4 because there was no option of giving half stars.)

Hotel has a fresh swanky look and feel to it. The plush lawns and the spacious banquet halls can house a thousand guests with ease. The rooms are in keeping with 3star hotels standards but the staff quite clueless and daft when comes to the basics of hospitality. A good venue for wedding dos but only if you have friends and family stationed to extend warm greetings to the guests at the entrance.

An average, budget hotel operating below Country Inn and Suites by Radisson.The overall product is targeted to midscale or budget travelers to the city and should be more known for its spacious party hall attached to a large party lawn.Staff is not well trained, rooms are just average in terms of comfort, interiors and functionality.

We were here to the restaurant, Tulip. Food quality is 3/10. We ordered desserts and it was pthatatic. We informed the manager about that and he was not willing to listen at all.Do not recommed.

The hotel is marvelous. I have never been to such a hotel with so many services and so much of co-operation. The people here have treated me like there family members instead of guest. The food here is deliciously nice and yummy. I have preferred this hotel to many of my friends and family members.

Nice hotel, but staff service is not so great, had a wedding there, rooms are nice. They have banquet and a good park. Parking area is not so large. Swimming pool they dont keep clean. Rooms are costly and location of hotel is not so great. There is nothing nearby to it and no nearby market to it.

Unprofessional Pathetic Service ...!!!First of all its not about two booklet of privilege card .We make money day in day out so thats not big deal.Staffs were very rude , they couldve conveyed this in a bit professional way which they didnt.!!! Hospitality , Ambience and good food brings customer back to any restaurant which you dont carry.!!!!!

It is a good hotel and restaurant, nice and instant service, staff is courteous.

It has got a good place but no parking place, one has to keep his vehicle on the road infront of the Hotel which is also not bad because it is just 150m inside from the main road and the basement is the place for food during celebration.
