Went there to ask for a flat to buy but the manager and guard misbehaved with us saying they dont have keys of any empty flat. It was really bad behavior of them to treat their client like this. Also it was like they have built a building in a forest. There was nothing around the building except garbage and only garbage. No facilities at all. Not recommended!

Great residential apartment at low cost

Elanza is the multi story building for residents. Surrounding is every greenery. This place is very near to RTU and Hardi Rani Chowk but in front of the building need to develop the clean area. If the area is not clean it affects the value of place. Overall this place is very Peaceful. and Nice..

Elanza housing sociaty is place at shrinathpuram F extension.This building near at rawatbhata road and rajasthan technical university kota.In this building total 14th flour available.13th flour is special because all services like gym , swimming pool, theatre etc. all things place at 13th flour.The view of teris one side is amazing because you can see chambal river, thermal power plant, whole university and other side is whole kota public and houses.All services are providing by this society. Lift service are also available.Sufficient parking available.If i have lot of money then i buy 14th flour of this housing society☺️.Thanks !
