I just switched to the kyma advanced theme and I love it! Of course there were some challenges when I changed, but customer service was so efficient and helpful.

Wonderful customer service. Have used several of their themes for client sites and am happy with their ability to help me customize the coding to fit each clients needs.

First problem : Their in India so if your trying to get a quick response or working on a deadline i would not recommendCommunication: When I finally did get a answer or a problem solved it was nothing like I wanted or requested. I had to communicate several times over their slider that it was not working properly , finally someone took a look at it and fixed it , they kept brushing me off like I didnt know what I was doing. Again this might be because of communication problems or the fact that they thought they were right when they werent.I would have given them 4 start but the customer service just put a bad taste too it and simple issues that could have been fixed by a phone call took a period of over 2 weeks.
