Well the hostel isnt worth at all !Its too much over priced.The mess serves average to below average food with very limited options in vegetables. The manager consciously buy the veggies which students dont like repeatedly just to save the money.I lived there for 1 year and left .The owner is extremely greedy about money he doesnt give F about you or your studies. He scammed a lot of students from my batch by refusing to give the security deposit (which was 30,000 at my time).they used to take extra money for electricity 10Rs/Unit despite of 8Rs/Unit charged by all the rest of the hostels.Think again before joining !

Worst hostel according to the price . The mess is good only in seeing food in it is worst . there is no value of time . the food is never on time . and they not serve according to menu card . I personally prefer not to take rooms in it .

Its wonderful, it has very great atmosphere and its scheduled time table makes students comfortable after the coaching sessions, though it has small high price but its quality matters. The food and facilities are the best you can get and they listen to you always and fix whatever bothers you. My son stayed here for 1 year so there are many problems in this hostel. Owner is only making people fool. Manager is not at all good only saving money of hostel by providing worst food and other facilities . There is no discipline on any floor on my visit also. The food quality is very bad. They are not returning the security money at end of the year. Hostel is only run by manager and we are not able to talk to owner as he is all most out of city or busy..This hostel is not at all good for any child only making people fools

Worst hostel ever. I have been in this hell(royal cottage) for one year. The manager is a demon and the co-workers too. They feel proud to give students fake hopes, unwarmed food and dirty food. And for any small mistakes be ready to pay a huge amount of fine which directly goes into the pocket of Mr. Demon. The owner never indulges into the matters and never bothers to find a solution. I think Royal Cottage Hostel , Kota is one of the best hostels of Kota ! Spent little time here but had a great experience ! The mess (where the food is served) is the coolest place to have Ur meals ! The rooms are very comfortable with the facilities of AC and cold water most of the time !Very sweet atmosphere to study and the safest place 💜

I regret spending 1 year in this hostel. Initially a lot of promises were made but none got fulfilled. It was due to its strategic location near Allen Safalya due to which I stuck around. The fact that the owner Dinesh Gupta and the ones associated with this hostel have to give it a good review itself proves it.

Kota students of other hostels complain that they get so much Paneer to eat but we in Royal Cottage get to see paneer only once in a month. Arrogant manager. The worst mess in Kota .Breakfast time is 6-8 in morning but actually it starts at 6 and ends at 7:30. Students waking up late remain hungry. No modification in menu. Only once in a week evening snack and in rest of days you get only tea and cheap quality biscuits. Manager puts all money in his pocket. Very very expensive hostel. There are lots of better hostels at comparatively very lower price.

The worst overpriced hostel in Kota. I would strictly advice you not to stay here. All the above reviews are fake as students have been told to write the above stuff. Do not believe them.I agree that the rooms are good but the mess is the worst you can get in Kota. Fixed menu and they have been repeating the same menu for the whole year without a single modification. You can get better food facility at any hostel in Kota at a much cheaper rate. All hostels in Kota provide at least 2 specials in a week but this hostel only provides one special despite taking a hell lot of price. The special is also poor and you get paneer like rubber once in a month.Water facility is good but I would not recommend this hostel as its a guarantee that you would regret later as you would get bored by the same repition of food.This is an extremely overpriced hostel which makes fake promises at the beginning. You can go for other hostels like BL, Ninja etc

Fake promises made all the reviews written here were forced by the the manager .new students who joined the hostel were called in the manager room and told to give good reviews.the reality is that this hostel is not good at all. Food is tasteless.
