Totally fraud !!I dont want to give single star to their services, I ordered a smartphone, paid in advance and taken a exchange offer, when the delivery guy came to me, he checked my phone, my phone was all fine, but when he was not able to complain about anything, he started saying that my old phone has a bend(which was not there) he rigidly denied to pick my phone. A brand new like phone with no dent no scratches no software issues. He denied to exchange. Why you make people fool by giving the good customer service promise when you cant give. It takes long time to make faith,but a second to lost it.

My experience with ekart is very bad. I placed so many orders from flipkart but still I didnt received. My all orders are delayed by ekart logistics all orders are showing at flipkart (Ekart) facility jaipurFrom last 3 days. No updates available

From last two times we are getting products with missing / less quantity of which we ordered. On making request a return , there reply is that your request is cancelled by Flipkart /Seller .What a fraud company . Dont ever buy any product from flipkart.
