Liked the place. Flats are good. Amenities too.

Living here is not worth of money. Locality wise its a good place to live with family or single. Pollution is less near to this location but building is made with poor quality of materials and bricks. Flat Rate is very costly in comparison to building structure and living area. Flat is available in 2BHK, 2.5BHK and 3 BHK. Management provide flats on rent as well but not in affordable or reasonable price. Only family person can get a room here, bachelors are not allowed.

I didnt find it a lively place..... Swimming pool is always empty.... Sometimes if they fill it too... Sooner theyll empty it by saying that its leaking..... Dampness in walls even on the 8th floor.... Even not much occupancy yet.... Rental rates according to the apartments is high according to me....

If this is in your mind and u r thinkin about the price just dont worry go and get one these r affordable and for srudents u guys can actually rent one around 13-14k / monthIf u guys gonna live in a group this small amount will be distributed so ut will be cheaper and affordable at 3000 only/ guy 🙌
