Customer service is very poor dont even think to go their

People are good...you can find a no of computer experts here who may solve a variety of problems related to you computer....but Google map par location galat save hai, so hard to find shop for a new guy in the area.

The owner never tells you about the price of a laptop or computer(if you want a custom one) directly rather he asks you for a specifications and your number and tells you he will call back but you wont be receiving a call.He is too afraid of other shops owners who are customer centric and have better options so if show him handy money and tells him that you will be buying the products asap then only he tells you the upfront price.

Service is OK but they will extort you by various issues to get more money. Also the mechanics will never give u straight reply/solution and try to test your patience by lying the actual cause just to get more money.Also the owner is very rude and does monopoly of his services by disgracing customers. Hence would recommend alternate shops if possible.
