It is the best place to spend your weekend or holidays as the lush green surroundings will sooth your eyes with peacocks roaming around is the cherry on the cake. Food is good, rooms and washrooms are spacious, as it is a heritage property you will get a royal feeling. This place although deserves five stars but I am deducing one star because there is no power backup ( but dont judge this place for this point power cut is usually rare and comes in almost no time). In short, this place is a must visit and an experience that will add on to your good memories. Tip- Go with your family or group to enjoy the maximum out of this place.

Heritage property in Civil lines....must visit... ambience is amazing, lush green lawn, birds, animals, swimming pool all are spectacular. Especially loved the interior of dinning room. Its an outing destination for Kota locals to enjoy dinner in pool side restaurant. Corporate billing available. Reception staffs are cooperative, helpful, polite but, room service/ dinning etc are bit slow due to huge rush round the clock. Ground floor rooms are lacking light.

The location and ambience is good. The food was really bad! We ordered dry manchurian but it had gravy. The manchurian tasted of oil more than anything and I couldnt finish even one. We then ordered a pizza which felt was prepared by a kid who just started cooking!

I wonder why it doesnt appear in any of the online searches. Stayed her for 3 nights on friends recommendation. We absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful, be it the location, the lawn, pool, rooms, service and the food offcourse. The rooms are huge and although th y look like a old palace rooms have all the modern amenities. So much area to sit around and walk other then the room. Peacocks roaming around, pool side tables, huge parking, royal seating lounge, sprawling lawns, balconies....I can go on and on. Requesting owners to please appear in online searches as people are missing this gem....I and whoever I know are definitely coming there again....

The place is beautiful, it looks imposing, especially at night, the food, not so remarkable, not saying its bad, not at all, but it is not that good that I would say that the food is as excellent as the place itself. We ordered some fries and kebabs; the fries were too crispy, almost like kurkure, kebabs too salty. Its what i felt; your experience may differ. So go ahead and treat yourself to a lovely evening.

Im a native so Ive not been staying there but I did visit the restaurant once and I would say that the location is very beautiful and the ambience is peaceful. But when it comes to food, their menu did not have many a basic dishes like Pizza, varieties in tea and coffee. We ordered a Non-veg Manchurian, Cheese Balls, Hot Chocolate, Cold Coffee and Pasta prepared in Alfredo Sauce. Being a Heritage Hotel Id great expectations from their chef but their dishes were all quite average or below average and specifically, the Hot Chocolate was pathetically sweet and supposedly made out of Bournvita. Very limited staff, as much as just two, who were not capable of handling the crowd wherein ours forgot to bring an accompaniment to one of our dishes. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever!!!

One of the most calm and decent places in kota. Food is fabulous, One must go for Kadai chicken. The food is fresh and authentic. However, The quantity is some what less. Also, There are variety of drinks available including alcohol but the prices are extremely high for the same. (more than double as compared to MRP)

This experience was really nice as I went there for my boyfriends birthday and they serviced really on time there food services were quick and really had a great time there!!!! If you need a royal touch to your occasion you should definitely visit this place, they have veg and non. Veg both on there menu and they also provide tandoori chicken tikka and that was my most favourite of this place..... ✌🏻👍🏻💕🤤

I visited the property to celebrate with my friends..and guess what whatever we asked from the menu..was UNAVAILABLE..!!WELL THATS NOT THE WORST PART....THE QUANTITIES SERVED FOR EACH DISH I ORDERED WAS SO NOT JUSTIFIED..I MEAN I AM FREAKINH PAYING YOU MORE THAN 400RUPEES FOR 1 DISH..AND WHAT I GOT WAS JUST 8 PIECES..The brownie i ordered not only tasted bad..but it was presented too..in a very bad manner..And its not about i just ordered.1 or 2 dishes..i freaking ordered more than 8 dishes and drinks too..but the taste was awfully bad...I had a disgusting experience at this place..And i too regret paying such a good amount at such a hollow place.

Review of Sukhdham Kothi as a wedding venue: My sisters wedding was held at Sukhdham Kothi last month. Full marks for the venue. Considering its heritage look plus well maintained rooms, nice and professional owners, hotel Manager and staff are also really good. Hardly any other venue in Kota will be closer to it. So we were really happy to got it booked for my sisters wedding. However, the real pain started later. This hotel has tie up with Events for You such that you have no other option but to take all tent and decoration related services from this firm only. We felt so cheated and harassed while dealing with Events for you. Events for you charged us hefty amount as compare to other market players in this field and the services provided were pathetic. Somehow we could save the day which could be possible only after me and my family members had to constantly follow up/almost begging at times with Events for you to atleast provide decent decoration & facilities which we could have easily got from some outside tent wala. We have already apprised about this in person to Mr Tapan Goyal, Manager of this hotel. I request Sukhdham Kothis owners to take appropriate steps so that no other family should suffer like ours in future.

Very beautiful old heritage building with a nagnificent exterior. Large comfortable rooms with vozy beds and white linen. Bathrooms arecalso very large with all required facility and toiletries.Best part was big gardens around the property where meals are served on request.Meals are very tasty and the menu has lot of variety to choose from.There is a garden cafe and a bar along a poolside. Well located hotel just 10 minutes away from raolwzy station.I strongly recommend everyone looking for a hotel which os value for money this place.

Best in class. The place offers high standard accommodation with unique old world charm which makes it different from others. It will remind you or will take you to the era 50 years back to the grand lifestyle of the then high class. Food choices are limited but not limited in taste. The items offered are simply delicious. There are large terraces, big lawn and a well maintained swimming pool. The reception and staff are courteous and very well mannered. The owners take keen interest in the affairs of the hotel and ensure to take good care of the guests. And the location is great. It is surrounded by greenery, parks. Ideal for going for a walk or for jogging. I stayed there for two spells of one month each. Memorable experience. Wish to come here again.

My personal favourite since 2006. Its almost 12 years since I keep on visiting Kota and this is the ONLY fantastic hotel I love to stay. Although its a heritage hotel but all the amenities are awesome and fantastic. Dont go with the exterior appearance, the service and quality of ambience and atmosphere provided by the staff and hotel owner Mr Karan is immaculate. All the things about this hotel are overwhelming. You can see and hear the Indian Peacock here just beside your room anytime. Its one of the beautiful place. In summers, you can see mangoes blooming at every tree within the hotel premises.The food is also awesome in every manner, be it breakfast or lunch or dinner. Wonderful hotel in every manner. Keep rocking and keep visiting.

We had a fantastic time here this past November! We came with a group - the Boy Scouts of America - and the owners and staff did a FANTASTIC job helping our trip to b3 a fantastic success. The tours of wildlife and wilderness in the region were on-point. And the food - OH. MAN. Incredible! I HIGHLY recommend making a point to stay here 👍

Good place

The best hotel in Kota, a must visit. Serves the most delicious food in Rajasthan. Must try the tandoori chicken and laal Maas. Its an owner run heritage resort and the owners make sure to give personal care to all the guests. Another interesting part ABT the property is that there are many peacocks who have made the resort their home so waking up to a sight of the Indian national bird makes it even more beautiful and memorable. Totally deserving of a 5 star rating and if in Kota dont even consider any of the other hotels, you will be wasting your time and money anywhere else.
