Bus service provider for across Rajasthan and nearby states situated at nayapura. Average quality buses and good at staff behaviour. No proper seating arrangement.Jakhar travels is known travel agency in Kota City.I would like to suggest for getting a bus service of Jakhar.In some areas Jakhar travels should improve their quality like seats and window operation of buses.

Very small upper sleeper in the route of kota to Beawar . Feeling very uncomfortable in the sleeper, not able to seat nor sleep coz hight of sleeper is very small.

Came nearly an hour late. I had a sleeper coach and the seats were very thin and I am only an average height and weight Indian. Also when we stopped for dinner the spot had no washrooms. When I woke up the bus had taken more passengers than required and they were sleeping on the floor so became impossible to get out without disturbing the locals.

Awkward behaviour of bus staff

Bad travel experience. My seat number change in the bus without my knowledge. I booked seat no 5 but in the bus, bus conductor change my seat no. Other person seat on my seat. Very bad for me I will never choose jakhar in future.

Journey between jhalawar to jodhpur bus take stopage at mid night around 12.40 it was worse that driver conductor allow hawkers or sales person of hotel he is shouting to wake up us for eat and drink something and they did same around 10 to 15 times..i dont have words to explain it was worse worse and worse.if any body thirsty or hungry they can not able to sleep, automaticaly they will wakeup at midway it also ok they can shout one time..but 15 times no words worse also very small for that kind of behaviour

This time its my worst experience in this bus.. They gave me time 9:15 at my boarding point but the bus arrived at 10:20 surprise not finish yet bus is not same and even they changed the tour. Really very disappointed with this kind of bloody cheap incident.I never recommend this bus for anyone and this Is my last journey with jakhar bus operator.Its my request to the bus operator please Share the Right Time With the passanger somethime passenger face too Mny problems because of you guys..Bus staff behaviour is really very bad even they dont know how to talk and they dont have talking manners as well.Seriously Bus operator need to look into this otherwise its a bad sign for the bus operator.....I will register a complaint against this kind of fake people and fake bus operator in consumer court.I have all call recordings, I had conversations with the jakhar travels office nayapura guys and the bus staff as well.

Worst service from kota to jaipur, highly unrecommended, the aisle was full with garbage and my seat was was soiled. Pathetic.

Worst travel of my life. I booked AC sleeper from Kota to jaipur at 10pm. The seats were dirty as hell. There were bubblegum marks every where on the seats. Plus 20 around people were sleeping on the floor and they were shouting the whole journey on the conductor for seat. Because of which I couldnt sleep. I had to catch a flight in the morning. This is pathetic. They should take in as many people as many seats are available. But they took 30 people extra.

No proper boarding point , in kotaIf you want stress free from this just go to their official boarding point which is in nayapura chouraha...Bus also not so good, it is on ur choice how much you pay for it

Very poor and unprofessional service I ever seen.I booked ticket online from Kota to jalore journey date 9 Dec 2018 7:30 pm bus which is confirmed and I got the sleeper no. but at the time of journey I came to know that they shifted my ticket from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm bus without informing me prior and without my permission and when I asked the same to jakkar travels office Kota they lied to me and force me to accept this. This is really horrible and deeply disappointed from this cheap act done by jakkar travels kota. Shameful guys#jakkar travels#

Writing this while travelling in Jakhar travels.The staff of the bus has a parallel system in place for passengers without ticket. Even after booking your ticket you will have to hassle with someone else claiming the seat.And drunk staff
