We visited Roof top restaurant to celebrate the birthday and it was a good location nice ambience and good variety of food to choose

I went dining at this place and I must say they have great taste and variety plus the staff there is also very supportive. Overall I got a great experience.

Very poor service. 3 days stay in hotel but staff was not caring. No hot water was available for 3 days and staff were at all not co-operative. Also no wi-fi was available for 3 days. When you enquire for wi-fi, they will say problem is from service provider. Very unprofessional and casual behaviour.. Fooding is very costly. They charged me Rs. 4357 for 3 days for lunch and dinner even though breakfast was complementary.I suggest to avoid the hotel. Every time they make excuses for bad service and when you leave the hotel, they will charge you full tariff.I continued in this hotel for 3 days due to ongoing COVID-19 and do not want to change hotels.

Good and cozy hotel at near 7 wonders. , good for business travelleers. Need to improve on breakast menu, no blankets were there , they used to give blanket and bedsheets which is provided in train. I have many time ashised the hotel staff as generally stays there when i traveled to kota .

Nice place to venture out with family n friends. Hotel is having two restaurants. One is veg and another is non veg. We have visited non veg restaurant. Ambience was good. Food served were tasty. Quick service. Serving boys were courteous. Hotel serving Indian, continental and Italian food. In Indian we have very limited items in the main course. Thus restricting the choice. I found it little bit costly related to the quantity served. The concept of the masala papad is unacceptable. Fried papad, tomato and onion pieces were served separately and customer need to make their own, which I have never seen. However, I have seen many families there. Recommend for food lovers.

I visited this hotel for the dinner. The lounge is at the first floor (lift) and second floor(stairs). The maintenance and staff was wonderful. We had main course along with lachcha Parantha. The dinner was awesome and tasty. You may get confused with another Surya hotel which is situated in Chawani opp bus stand. This one is different and is mainly a Hotel with AC rooms and lounge for dinners. Nice and calm atmosphere! Really loved it! Dont forget to have their complimentary PAN shot! It was fascinating!

Good hotel with affordable rates. Hotel is located near seven wonder park. Easy to notice from road. Rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. This hotel is very near to market and 24 hours transit available. Food quality is good. Recommended for smaller stays.

Too good for small parties

The hotel rooms are great and the staff is very courteous. One of the few good hotels in Kota. Only turnoff was that there were no water bottles on my first day of stay and everytime you wanted to take a hot shower, you had to call the reception to turn on the valve! Good food and clean surroundings.

Location & area where it located is good as it is near to railway station & bus station. Rooms are pretty good, fully cleaned with all necessary accessories. Specially I fully enjoyed breakfast which are too tasty and enough variety. Service are best in class. In short i would suggest this one for stay...

Hotel staff is very coperative and smily. Its located on main road adjoing shopping yard hence no parking space for your vehicles and has to be managed by your self with assistance of hotel guard, at side of main road.

Friends, myself having long experience with surya group of hotels, mostly for surya plaza, stayed here approx more than 100 times, individually and with my company colleagues since 2010-11 till now ,realizing that hotels services are going worst and very delayed in compared of beforeAfter opening of liquor Bar in hotel.Needs improvement in food quality and preparation of food menu varieties.Toiletries service is getting very poor day by day.Suggest to hotel management look into otherwise many new options having available in kota city.

I made booking through Goibibo and check in was smooth. I checked in at 12 in noon. Around 2 pm i got a call from hotel that i will have to pay for the room as i had made 1 booking ** and second booking on phone. I was sursprised as i didnt book it on phone. The front desk was on ruder side and said that they have call details that i have manualy also booked hotel. I showedthem my phone as i didnt even have their no.I refused and they said they will talk to their boss.After that i ordered for water bottle twice and didnt get it. Third time i asked for water and the reception reverted that i will have to pay for water. I was surprised as i was sinply asking for water and had no intention pf not paying for itThe bed sheets were not fresh. The water bottle came as i opened it i realised that the seal had alredy been broken.The electric tea pot was not clean but they agreed to change it on requestOnly good thing was that breakfast was good and wash room was also clean

Good hotel in a small city like Kota. The breakfast spread was well balanced between Indian and western cuisine. Rooms are a bit smaller but overall the stay was comfortable. Room service seems a little slow.

As a well travelled individual (more than 20 countries), I can confirm that this hotel has one of the most pathetic staff. They are not just impolite but also insensitive and outright aggressive. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults each with breakfast but hotel informed that booking is for 1 adult and no breakfast. They did not inform at the time of check-in but did so 8hrs after checking-in so we have no choice but to pay almost double the room price ....Hotel didn’t cooperate at all and in fact when my mother and wife were alone in the room, it called and said pay in next few mins or vacate the room.Would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel...........

Best place to stay in Kota. At night when you sit next to your room window. Youll get the view of river bank enlighten by mesmerizing lighting. The view from their rooftop restaurant is define in one word Peaceful.

Amenities are upto the mark, hotel is bit cosy. Rooms are well maintained. Food is very costly but delicious. For Ice buckets they charge rs 50 which is not justified.

Moderately expensive place but they offer you nice room service highly gentle and decent staff clean rooms and hygiene environment with great view soft and comfortable bed and blanket will make you relax like anything you may feel so cozy that you yourself wont realise when did you fell asleep and you will experience the condition of comma while sleeping that you may not sense whats going around you you will be in that situation of sleep you should visit this hotel
