Great Place to visit near Kota. Especially in monsoon the place looks heavenly.Just keep one thing in mind you will have to climb almost 200 stairs to reach the waterfall so be prepared for heavy Cardio.

For those who called me a fool for visiting Kota, telling me the place is all about engineering coaching classes, the pictures of this place was a mild heart attack. Breathtakingly beautiful and serenity dripping from every inch of the place. Water tasted uniquely sweet. Once you stand at the top of the view point, looking at the entire magnificently sprawled valley, there is nothing more you feel you need in life.

First off all dont go alone there.. Because there is no network.. Keep proper food and water because there is no shop nearby.. Dont go after 7 PM because there is light.. Even I have not seen any human being..after going down near temple.. There is about 300 hundreds down stairs then a small temple..and there is nobody even a pujari..I feel so scared..But the nature and scenery is beyond the words..

Its an awesome place to roam around if you are alone, with friends, partner, family etc. You will find poly ways to enslave the excitement of nature inside you.

Try to Visit in Rainy season!!

Place is nice, but no basic amenities are present.You will have to walk more stairs, after stairs then if you want to visit more of this place, you have to climb mountains(not really ). But the natural beauty is what you will feel is amazing.

Whatta view.. and whatta beauty it was . I reached there around 8 in the morning and it was so so heavily raining. Honestly still i managed to reach to the bottom and was blessed with an awesome waterfall. Loved it. A trip to remember.

Visited this place after 30 years. The steps leading down to the temple have improved - lower height - better negotiable. There is a hand rail too. A tin roof over steps where water falls would prevent steps from becoming slippery. The tin roof in front of the temple needs replacement. I would request visitors to donate generously to help in replacement of the roof.The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. Blissful atmosphere.

Place is very much natural but maintenance is very poor.. though we enjoyed the visit. State tourism deptt could do some favour to this beautiful place and bring it to some standard of other tourist places. Little cleaning and advertisement can do more then expected.

We went there in the new year morning it is full of natural beauty all around the place there is large mountain and atleast 200 downstair there is a shiva temple is situated and there is also a waterfall but dried.It is best to go during the monsoons. the waterfall is dry even during winter. However there are some small trickles that flow throughout the year. About 200 steps take you down to the the small temple. The rocky terrain is a picnic spot where one can spend many hours just walking around. Monkeys live in there, so no food items please.

1 and half km walk away from road but the place is awesome be aware with the monkies they can try to snatch whatever in your hand. Be careful at the time of photography.
