Very nice surroundings. Buildings are well maintained. Clean and with big roads and trees. Enough parking space for all. There is a Clubhouse too.

Its a nice place located at Panvel and quite a good society... The roads are a bit narrow and one would feel it a distance too much from the expressway... Nearly took me 20-25 mins to cross 7.5 km... Else everything else is good... 😊

Great place with awesome clubhouse having poolball, tennis , library, gym, community hall for household functions, football turf, swimming pool and the society is too much great 😍😍😍

No OC, bad structure, road structure bad, plumbing bad, Under designed RO plant and routing, Under designed STP plant and routing, Under design Swimming pool filtration plant, Electric distribution load is not equal. Common man cannot live. Non affordable Maintainance cost and problems. Substation in complex has problems.

Actually tuis is a very nice place to stay for a weekend or for a vaccination only. It have has everything in side the society like nice ambience, swimming pool, gym, garden,net and best part is it has the river view and ect...And now the drowback is that t J is place is very far away from the near by city it is 8 km away from nearest panvel railway, unless you have your own vehicle it is very hard to travel from there,still time for development over there. It doesnt feel safe to travel at night over there...so plz think and move over there...bye
