Based on my personal experience, prices they charge are too high compared to the other local shops in Pattambi and Valancheri. ALWAYS get quotation from competitors before you buy from Grand, especially if it is a bulk purchase for a new home. If you end up buying from Grand, ALWAYS look through the bill and make sure that everything is charged properly. If you buy the same item at two different times, make sure that the prices are within a reasonable range. From my experience, they charged the same item as much as 50% higher within a month. Personally recommend to shop around first and be an educated customer if you dont want to get exploited. JUST DONT BLINDLY TRUST!!!
