I love this place , the ambience is great , the ice cream quality and taste is at its best , if staff handle the customers bit nicely it would be great

The place is good. But cant handle their crowd for nuts. They have very few tables. Like 4 inside and 2 outside. No idea what they do on the first floor above. There was one huge desk with lots of people.But the service takes a long time because of the crowd and not being able to handle them.The ice cream was pretty good.But they really need to learn on how to handle the crowd and how to get more tables inside.

The worst service ever. The ice creams were not properly frozen. Mom of my orders were properly given. I ordered hot chocolate fudge but the choco fudge was cold and the ice creams melted within minutes. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Ice cream is good. staff behaviour is bad. especially the short guy who serves ice cream is arrogant and least bothered about customers. He could not give one extra cup after ordering four scoops. even i offered him to pay for it. Polar Bear first teach behavioural skills to your staff.

Polar Bear is no doubtedly one of the best ice-cream vendors available in karnataka, they have got a wide range of flavoured delicacies...the location is perfect because it is located just beside Swathi Delicacy Restaurant which is a popular stop for travellers on the NH - 48..You can easily grab a desert after your snack stop at Swathi...the ambience has been modified to give a modern retro look..nice place to take children and even adults ( i meant ice cream lovers 😅)

Please maintain your toilets clean. Ppl travel from long distances stop by to grab a bite and chill out for sometime. Maintaining basic hygene and cleanliness of toilets is most important thing.

Good to spend time with delicious ice creams

I ordered rich chocolate flavoured ice cream it was good. It was a small amount and costed about ₹80 for each scoop. The location is good as people traveling on the highway stop by and their lunch in Swathi Delicacy and then come here to have there dessert. You have two options to choose from 1. Normal flavours 2. Exotic flavours. The exotic ones are mixed flavours and normal ones are the normal ones that you get in any ice cream place. Overall it was good

Been to most of the branches in and around Bangalore. But it was my first visit to kunigal polar bear. Good location across the highway. Ample parking space. But the service is not that great. Ordered death by chocolate, the quantity they served is very less. Staffs are not that friendly. Washrooms are not well maintained.

Polar bear on highway...with some great ice cream especially DBC. A perfect night out with friends at 100kms from Bangalore. Some veg restaurants beside is also great to try and enjoy :)

We stopped by the Polar Bear yesterday evening, and were served Gadbad and Death by chocolate. It didn’t taste too good either. We had it. By the time we reached home in bangalore, me, my wife and my son threw up and had upset stomachs! Terrible experience and never go there again. Beware, they’re using expired and spoilt ingredients.!

Bcz of quantity and death by chocolate (dbc) never visit here there you didnt get real feelings of dbc usuailly visiting man but its very bad serve for 189rs
