I am giving 1 star for the ambience and for food provided else Ill rate it 0 star!!! We ordered veg pizza they gave us non veg pizza, for lemon tea they took 30mts!! Staffs are not even bothered or well educated to serve as customer care staffs!! They even dont know what they are doing!! This is a clear indication of hitting Rock bottom!! Dear owner of you are reading this change your staffs and experience else u better close down the shop!⁹

Rating 1 is also more for this cafe, worst service where they dont say that machine is not working before we make an order and when we get our order its bad as hell.. they give some karupatti kashayam in the name of hot chocolate.. nd when we complain on this , worst explanation by them . Would never recommend this to anyone

One of the best resto in ECR almost 20kms before Puducherry. Its located in a calm and serene environment amidst an agricultural farm. We tried the Super Spicy Sandwich, Mushroom Masala Maggi, Lemon Spicy Soda and Green Apple Slush, obviously these are must trys too :) The ambience inside Brewbakes was too good to relax out during any time of the day :) Had a delightful experience with yumilicious food!!!!

Very good ambience, quite place..we had ginger tea, chicken sandwich, garlic bread which was good in taste.

I will zero star, pathetic service and very careless staff. We ordered for ginger tea and they made us to wait for 45 mins and the worst part is their ginger tea was not ready after 45 min . The day when we visited it not even over crowded but still I dont understand why they need more than 45 min to make a ginger tea, I guess they went to the farm to collect ginger.We reminded them twice but still they could not serve the simple ginger tea. And the lady who took our order ,at the she was smiling and laughing for not preparing the ginger tea and all the staffs were chitchatting inside .It was such a beautiful place on the highway with lake view but pathetic service.

Super slow service, iced tea and milkshake was overloaded with sugar and syrup, you can dilute them down for 2 or more serving!2 stars for the polite staff.

Very bad experience, Super slow service. Didnt receive what we ordered and have to left the place after waiting for half an hour.

An absolutely delightful cuppa ginger tea.... Has us right awake to done the rest of the way to Pondi.

Pizza taste is good... Better than famous Pizza shops...
