Good collection but pricey. You will not have much discounts available. Spread is pretty good with different brands. They have multiple shops across the city. They spend a lot on advertisements and that shows in the price too (the customer ends up paying for it). Located next to lifestyle store.

Worst ever experience from any shoe shop. although varieties were many.the products are over priced . do check the genuineness of the products .Also check the shoe inside the box one of them could be a used or show piece a shocker right!

Too crowded

Shows 50 to 75% discounts but after discounts also the price will be too high.that means bag cost 6000 after 50% discount it costs 3000 like that.

Nice place to go for good footwear shopping

Worst shop to buy footware. The shop owner apply his own rules. We had purchased a footware for my daughter which did not fit her. Despite being such huge shop, they had only 1 size available with them. We asked for credit note, which is standard across all Centro and branded shops. The staff did not had any clue and owner refused to give credit note stating thats his policy and forced us to buy something from existing available products even though we did not liked anything.

I have visited Sharath City Mall Centro and bought a Kittens brand shoes for my daughter on 26/12/2020. The lights in the shoes stopped working after use of an hour. I have contacted Mr. Mohammed Hamza Store manager Centro SCM very next day and told him that I need an exchange. He took all the details and called me after an hour and told me I can exchange the faulty shoes when I asked him if I can exchange in any nearby store, he made few calls and arranged for a nearby store exchange.I would like to thank him for being courteous, extremely professional and customer friendly.I am a loyal customer to Centro from past 10 years and this experience made me love the brand more all thanks to Mr. Hamza.
