Not satisfied , We have ordered family pack mutton biryani it was too spicy and mutton is not cooked at all,Received only bones in biryani and also received chicken pieces in mutton biryani .Came with lots of expectations but Too bad 👎

Staff behaviour is worst, Very unhygienic practices by staff....After our lunch is done, waitress took my fork and simply cleaned with her shirt and gave it to other table people.I questioned her immediately about this but she didnt answer and ignored. We are shocked to see such idiots in their staff.Serving is very careless, even for sauce we had to call them many times and wait for 10mins.Food taste is also very bad. Waste of money and time. Very bad environment at restaurants, very noisy. It is like a mess, not a decent restaurant.

Ordered Pot Biriyani, which I got to know from them as their famous dish. They bought it in 2 mins. Forget about being hot, dish was not even warm 😏. Taste wise, it was just like any normal biriyani which we get elsewhere, nothing special 👎. It seems like this restaurant is too much hyped.

Im a regular customer here at kritunga for Paya soup.We ordered Paya soup but they managed by bringing other soup which is not a pure Paya soup.Also we asked them to change the soup and bring back Paya soupAssistant manager said that In paya they will mix chicken soup and what they gave is not Paya soup.and other guy told that it was wrong order and took in and brought back the same thing and they made an argument saying that it is Paya soup only. Also staff was not much responsible for their mistake.I actually dont want to give that one star rating but cant write without it.

The place is hygenic and the service is good. If you go here during lunch or dinner time, you will have to wait. But its worth the wait. They serve you the food in the traditional style.

The scenery was gud . Infront of it there is a metro track . U can enjoy the metro trains running. It was very clean. The people who serve the food was very respectful and very polite. One thing is there is no lift. Its difficult for senior citizens. But the raagi glasses are not gud. They r like old glasses. I mean the glasses r very crushed.

I ordered on swiggy for Special Biryani on 3rd August @ 10. I got the Biryani, I ate some biryani n noticed chicken pieces spoiled. Without noticing I ate 2 pieces for which I have suffered 4 days. Thank God I didnt keep it to my childrens. One of the worst n very very bad incident. 4 days are horrible. I got rash on my body bcoz of eating spoiled chicken. So if customers is not coming to pick up food whatever is left over you people will give off. Ur people are taking money for food right. U can give good food. If ur unable to provide quality food, shutdown.. dont play with public health. I have attached order details as well. Even u can check at parcel pick up point cc cameras. I request everyone not to order from this hotel online.

They are so many favourites from the menu few of them are Kheema biryani, pot biryani with double masala , natu kodi pulao are🌶 🔥. I didn’t find bamboo chicken as tasty as it attracts. Last time we’ve ordered kanu chicken and some chicken bilal pulav. Surprisingly these are not the spiciest amongst the menu. These two were ok’ish, but must try something different. Overall a must visit place if you are a lover of spice

This place has a lively vibe and serves telugu cuisine. They have alot of variants available in biryani and curries. They also have rayalseema specialties like raagi mudda ,paya soup etc.. we had nizam chicken and bamboo chicken for starters (both were spicy) so we ordered chicken roast biryani and nizami chicken biryani and told him to keep it moderately spicy and they did follow the instructions regarding spice level in food. Good experience overall and very economic.
