Worst laundry service, no timely response, worst service.We had given 3 silk sarees (2 white and 1 purple), 3 blouses, 1 silk kurta dhoti set and 1cotton kurta pajama. They spoilt all three blouses during ironing and had put a black stain on 25k worth white silk saree.... We had to ask them for reprocessing, and even after reprocessing the white saree has stain on it in... I gave the clothes on 30th June and got all the back on 4th oh August.

The price looks average. Very fast pickup and timely response.Clothes washed properly but dint smell too good. Suggesting the Uclean to use good washing powder.Ironing service is very bad, they dint iron the tshirts properly. Not worth for money.

Horrible experience because the service ended before it could even begin. I should be giving zero stars!!I opted for pick up after 8 PM in the night but they called me in the morning and said theyre sending someone for pickup right away, at 10 AM when I am at work.After informing that I had opted for after 8 PM pick up, they said they dont have anybody available to pick up after 8. Then why even give the option?? Well, alright, might be a mistake so I rescheduled for 7 PM.Secondly, a delivery person calls me up, saying hes been assigned to me for a location half way across the town from where I actually live. Turns out he was given my number but another persons delivery details.Thirdly, nobody came to pick up my clothes for the service at 7 PM as rescheduled.And there was no follow up from the team whatsoever! God forbid this happens after you give your clothes for cleaning!Would rather learn how to dry clean and do it on my own than go to these guys!! Horrible service.

Clothes were cleaned and folded well. It is expensive and may be used as a last resort.Pickup and delivery were not on time, which is what I didnt like.Guy who comes for pickup counts and sorts your clothes and makes a note of it. He mentions extra prices for bigger stuff like blankets etc.Delivery was intact. Clothes smelled nice and were folded properly.Ironing does cost a bit more.

The concept of this chain is inspired by both, a self-service / laundomat as known from Europe and classic Indian serviced laundry: Prices are not per item but per kg; at 11/2019 its 60Rs/kg for washing, drying and folding; additional fee per kg if you want ironing. Plan 24h from handover to handover — even though the machines will complete a cycle within 45-60 minutes, they are in constant use, so your stuff likely has to queue more or less long. Thats why the staff, not you yourself like in an laundomat, will operate the machines. Pickup and delivery possible for additional fee.Friendly and helpful staff. Shop, machines and handling make a good impression, i.e. clean, organized, caring/cared. Clothes look and smell perfectly well after wash.

Never go for Uclean Laundry, Kothaguda branch. They are expert in cheating the customers, charges are too high and quality of services worst I have ever seen.Owner needs learn how to behave...

Worst service ever. Gave clothes and shoes for dry cleaning, with a delivery promised within 5 days. Its been 10 days and they have no idea where my stuff is. Even if I ever get my stuff back, I dont think it would be cleaned. Their contact numbers are unresponsive. One word: Avoid.

Worst place to park your clothes , they will not even respond to you calls and I’m sure they will misplace one or two pieces of clothes and those would never return.Pathetic experience

These people don’t know how to do the job. They destroyed my Fabindia chanderi chikan kurta. By destroy I mean the kurta was torn with no threads visible. It had always been dry washed and never ever encountered such outcome. My other suit sets by Fabindia which were also given to them for dry clean are fine. They say the material has a problem I mean if you water wash delicate clothes meant for dry wash this is what will happen. And very conveniently they forgot to deliver my expensive saree and designer suit which was just given for steam iron. I still wait for that though. And yes they are not responding now. Please stay away.Edit 1: they promptly delivered my saree n suit though the kurta issue remains to be resolved and I have not yet paid for the job done till now. Will update review further once issue resolved.Edit 2: I revised the review only their assurance that issue would be resolved once manger is back. But no response till now. They hv not yet asked for payment of laundry which was approximately 1000 rs but my kurta was worth 4K.

The quality of dry cleaning is not good. They have spoilt the fabric. I wont advise people for dry cleaning.I havent used normal cleaning services, so cant comment on that.
