Serving bland food with worst customer service possible

Recently I ordered an anniversary cake from Chef Bakers for the 50th anniversary of my parents. Since they are vegetarians, I was confused about where to buy an excellent eggless cake. Chef Bakers come to rescue as they offer freshly made eggless cakes in different varieties and flavors. I ordered a Caramel Chocolate Eggless cake. Chef Bakers customized it according to my instructions too. My parents loved it. Thanks a lot!

Today I bought 4 pastries (Rs 280) from this shop. Well I spent total Rs 280 on smelly, not fresh, horrible pastry. Now those pastries are in my garbage box. Last time, around a month back, quality was superb. I can say that I hardly get that quality of pastry in Hyderabad. But! But! Talk about present day. This shop comes into making profit out of bad quality. I would say, They rang bell for their own downfall and shop will get close soon if they continue serving bad quality of food.

Worst paid a premium amount for a birthday cake. That was 6kg with cartoon characters which he promised would look at least 70%accurate but turned out to be which a child makes in arts and crafts class. Taste was not good. Cake got squished while cutting.. spoiled my kids first bday party as it was an important part of the celebration. Please dont order cake from here.

Yesterday, I purchased a cake of half KG Red Velvet.. With in five hours the cake taste turned into sour and spoiled taste. The cake was smelling as stale and could not even taste a bite of it and throwed the whole cake. How would you feel when it is birthday of your dear ones and you give a stale cake. Very very disappointed and I really feel there should be strict action against these food chains selling stale products. Food inspections shoulf be very often and ease of access to customers to file a case. However I will take this fiurther for sure.

Please do not go to this shop..They are selling old pastries for high price. I purchased three pastries and all were stale. I showed them the mango pastry and told them that it was old and dry..He returned the money but a strict no no to this shop...

Delivery was too late, dissapointed with them and dont want to choose this bakers again.
