Hi there, Ive noticed on Amazon, you sell two kinds matcha from China and Japan. What do you recommend for baking cake? Im unsure of what to order. Japanese matcha looks more culinary but the Chinese matcha looks good for baking and for drinks. Im a cafe owner, so just wanted to know the best quality out there. If you could get back to me, that would be great.Cheers.
