Good lab setup. But the service here is very poor. Staff in the front desk is taking lot of time to enter the details , keeping the people waiting long time to initially pay the money. The time taken for clinic staff to call us for collecting sample is also very much. Over all rating is 1 star due to the behaviour of reception staff.

This branch of DDRC is not worth even for 1 star. Such a bad experience. The behaviour of the staffs is very rude towards the customers. They made us to wait long in the reception area. They are giving special attention to the relatives and friends of the staffs even without the appointment. They are keeping all other customers wait for long hours and allow their known ones to enter without any waiting.When we asked about that the security over there shouted at me and told that they will definitely give priority to the relatives of the staffs. The staffs behaviour was very very bad. Better to keep a board stating Special service and decent behavior only for the relatives of Staffs of ddrc. If anybody is expecting good service better to go for any other branch. Because I am a regular customer in Kottarakkara ddrc, they have so nice behaviour than the bad staffs in this Kadappakada branch.

Single staff to handle the crowd. Arrogant behaviour from staff and security. Even govt hospitals provide better service for free covid test while paying 450rs and have to wait from 7am to 9am to get test done here. Atleast inform customers to book for the test before coming.

DDRC is in the same lane of the Dhanya super market. Went there for a covid - 19 test. Better find some place to park your vehicle as it’s difficult to find a spot next to the DDRC since it’s a narrow passage.

I am writing this review for DDRC SRL Diagnostic Service Kadappakada, exclusive Covid testing centre. A narrow passage from Dhanya super market leads to the centre. If you are going by car dont have parking space, better to leave the car somewhere near to the main road. Prior to the visit you can make an appointment, but I am not sure whether they are properly managing it. When last time I booked a slot and went for testing unfortunately at the counter I found nothing was recorded. Always expect a big crowd. Got the report before time. I would have been good if they find a proper place with ample parking and space that cam handle more people and also professional staff.

Emergency Report was delayed due to unnecessary mistakes..

If there was a zero star I would have rated you guys Zero... Pathetic, no one picks the call...which world are you in? You want to isolate from customer and run the show? Pls stick to your works when we come for the test... You guys dont even reapnd to calls and to top it up, gives false promise.. despite giving email id, report was not sent.. during this corona period you want customers to visit more than once to get the report? Pls get your baocs right and I am putting this review from my personal experience today... without giving great service to customers, no one can survive - pls remember that... Hope, after seeing this, you will give me a call back... Train yout staffs to stuck to commitment when the collect money and put it in your box when we visit your place... Horrible customer experience!!!

An inaccurate lab on time can make an appointment at 12 noon and take the test at 3 oclock.
