Neat and tidy place. Co-ordinated service. Scanning services are up to the mark. Laboratory investigations take more time to give results. Overall service is good.

Waste of time!Worst Covid Protocol Management!Dr. Arriving very late!Shortage of staff it seems..For a scan, its taking forever!If you want to spend the entire day for a scan, your welcome!FYI: Booked time was 10:30 pm scan ended almost @2:30 pm. And there wasnt even a rush!Really Pathetic!

Will never visit this place again. They simply dont value people’s time. Just making business out of it. Visit only if you have a full day to spent.

No covid protocols followed. You will lie down on the same cloth where 100 others would have been. They dont care to change it. Waiting is more than 5 hours and scan is for 10 mins. If you are reading this and literate to understand, you will not be fooled by these people.

Please do not visit this business minded people with pregnant ladies.I have never seen such an uncoordinated and unmanaged scanning centre like this one in my entire life. The centre gave us an appointment at 10 am and the irresponsible doctor came at 11 am. Then he gave admission to patients through back door even without token for scanning. My pregnant wife had to wait for 3 hours to get into the scanning room with token 1. So you guys can imagine the delay. Next comes the worst part- the business side. The doctor will tell everything like “till this day everything is ok, but could confirm only with a follow up scan” so his intention is to make us come for a followup scan. Then he will tell us directly to come for a scan after 30 days. This is against ethics of a doctor who should treat the patient than make them emotionally weak and squeeze out money from them. My genuine request would be to stay away from this scanning centre. This is part of a big business chain where hospitals may refer to this guy in exchange of money. He may refer you to other partnered branches for the sake of commission. Our poor and ignorant people is getting cheated by these kind of low profile scanning centre and i wonder why there has not been any action taken so far by health authorities.

Zero Stars.....Paid money in advance. Booked an appointment early. Everything only to be humiliated. The place does not have the infrastructure to handle the inflow of patients. Non existent crowd management. No parking facilities. Doctors, nursing staff and receptionist all are very rude. When ever we ask a question, their reply is always either They do not know or ask someone else. The minimum waiting time is 5 to 6 hours. So, dear fellow beings please avoid going to this diagnostic centre. The rates are similar or higher than other good centers. The doctors show favouritism, they call patients who are their relatives first letting others wait more claiming that they are emergency or admit patients. Total fraud. Talking from personal experience. Waited for 5 hours. Waited only because I paid money in advance and thinking of the difficulty in getting the money back. So, think twice before you go to this worst place. There are much better facilities near by. Please teach them the value of customers by not going there. Do something Dr. Vinod.

I went for a 3D/4D scan for my wife.We were advised to reach by sharp 7Pm today.Unfortunately we were late for mins.I thought it may take more time,why because some reviews are pin pointing the statement that delayed treatment is what happening overthere.Please don’t believe such bad review.Nothing happened and we were able to complete the entire process in 1.10 Hr approximately.5 Stars given.Believe me.

Very bad feedback. We came around 4:30pm for a pre booked scan and we had to wait a lot. Almost 3 hours waited before summoning. Another 1 hour to get the scan done.Unprofessional management of time and does not value of others time.Highly recommend to skip this place if alternatives are present.Waste of time and energy.

Guys if u r going here make sure that your mobile should be 100% battery, they took at least 3 to 4 hours i came here with my sister around 4 evening and still waiting here now time is 7.30 pm , heavy rainMost numbers of COVID-19 reported today (8-8-2020 till today ), they don’t have any responsibility almost staff already left the office only peoples here , I don’t know that any time schedule for this scanning center anyway try to avoid this people and make sure that about your phone battery 😬I played ludo and watched ആറാംതമ്പുരാൻ on asianet movies and still waiting here for results ☹️

Like many people comment, the wait even with an appointment was 3 hours, that is after making a fuss about the delay. It is a POORLY managed place probably run by INCOMPETENT administration.Recommend to Avoid.

I would recommend this place to all the patients; because of the international standards and expertise of Dr. Vinod there is huge rush; so waiting time is little more. But will get genuine reports.

One of the best diagnostic centre in kollam..They are using Samsung ultrasound 5D machine 1 st time in Kerala...it will give max accurate result..

I have had very bad experiences in quilon scans. I arrive at 9.30 in the morning with my 5 month pregnant wife. Then they said we had to wait up almost evening. At about 5 oclock, I had to go and talk to staffs with their manager. After that they boarded in to scan . They said that it needed about an hour to finish but they did it for 10 minutes. I do not know how good they have done. They charge a different charge from many patients for the same scanning. There is no cost for the lives, the wealth and the time for the poor.
