First to highlight here is about the review posted by Mr.Anandhu, is just an advertising and requesting people not to go by his words or pictures. He was working as a site engineer in equinox when he posted the review.Coming to my experience with Equinox and Mr.Siby, they have shown injustice to a wonderful technology developed by IIT Madras and FACT (FRBL) and failed to market the advantages of GFRG with their unprofessional and unethical construction attitude. Termite attack on GFRG panel has become a common issue at all construction sites of Equinox, so does it mean that was failure with the panel or FACT or has the people at Equinox failed to apply the termite proof coating?Another issue with this team is the management and co-ordination among their staff; be it the supervisor or mason or a normal worker- the contractor seems to be stressed due to a financial crunch, the workers show the grudge on the owner and due to which the work which can be completed in 6-8 months go beyond 15 months!!. So if any of you are planning to go for GFRG panels, please contact FACT, Kochi directly and proceed with a good contractor, else you will end up paying huge amounts for a low quality work.

One of the worst constructors. Please avoid them at all costs. They qouted that the gfrg panel is termite resistant..etc, but during the construction itself they forget to do a coating and now we have lakhs of ruppees lost due to termite infestation on various furnitures. Now there are termites building there nests from ground up, due to the coating which they forgot. The after construction service is also bad, as when we contacted them regarding this, they were not responding. PLEASE BE CAREFUL, AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Hopeless construction contractors, they are degrading the quality of Gfrg panel constructions, which is a best technology, but please contact any other contractors, because, I am a victim of this company. They have no responsibilities on work.
